This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. The receptionist lady which attended to my check in was very professional and polite - swift check in.Simply love the location which is convenitent by grab or getting around KK. This hotel has free parking bays in front of the hotel. during weekend or functions parking might be full. do check with the receptionist.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room we booked got no hairdryer but the staff helped us to change to another room upon request. The receptionist and the guy (who check the installation of hair dryer) are attentive and really helpful.

The second room we changed (we got third room eventually) is with some weird smell and with some stains on the bed. Suspect the room was not occupied for a while or deep clean has not been performed. Suggest them to do a deep clean on all their rooms and double check to make sure that the hairdryer are installed in each room.

The hotel location is great where there is a 24 hours hypermarket beside and surround by most of the fast food restaurant such as KFC and Pizza Hut. It would be really convenient to purchase some daily necessity.

There is no small fridge provided in the room, and the sound of outdoor unit of air conditioning and car vehicle are quite loud.

Overall good.

Stay 2 nights. First night, at 2am received call from room telephone but no voice. 2nd nights, unplugged telephone wires so my nights won't be disturbed. But still received call at 2am, but this time from toilet telephone. So weird hahaha.

My husband & kids are like the cleanliness of the room. Everything was good & nice. Great place to stay. Walking distance to the supermarket and easy to find food.

We cannot watch the tv coz the tv channel wasn't clear.

Location near the airport and surround with some good food restaurant. Highly recommend for guest that have car this hotel provide free parking. Save place to park your car.

The price paid during check in was different from booking.com. (higher than the price shown in booking.com) My debit card also charged few RM for the booking. kinda tricky there....

Room is comfortable, clean, with window. good wifi signal too. there is a 24-hr supermarket just behind the premise, laundry, makes it convinient. reserved parking for guest available upon request.
