It's close to town and away from traffic hotspots in the morning. Swiming pool was great and the room was super-cosy. For it's price, once of the best ones in KK.

Even though there's an abundant amount of parking, you would still need to get out of your car and head over to the parking counter to verify your tickets then go back to your car (either basement or 1st/2nd floor) and then you can exit. So many processes just for a parking ticket. I wish they had a season pass or just a one-step process for the parking.

The cleanliness. The modern design. Very health cautious ( covid19 screening). Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

I like all about the room. Very comfortable and spacious. A bit far from KK centre but nearer route to Kundasang if you are going there after.

No private parking. Either u have to pay or take risk to park "for free" at the public parking nearby.

The restaurant staff charged me walk- in for breakfast when I said we have a voucher but he didnt explain I had to pay for it first. Later I was refunded at the main desk only when I complained.

It is bit far from the city centre but Metro Town where is it is located has lots of very good restaurants and cafes and an excellent karaoke bar.

Very good value for money. The room space is spacious and nicely decorated. Excellent location with nearby restaurants and groceries.

The WiFi connection is poor due to the faulty access point nearest to the room.

accidentally booked for 2 nights when i was supposed to stay only for 1 night. the staff and booking.com customer service were very helpful to let me get my full refund on the second night.
