2nd stay here i book standard apartments,just 4 of us seja mau send back my sis to ums. but when I arrived to register, the staff told me the apartment I was booking was full. Maybe it was another staff's mistake they didn't alert my booking online, but the staff gave me another apartment that was bigger than the one I booked. ok I think it might be a normal apartment. but when we got inside, we found the apartment to be bigger and more comfortable.kami just 4 of us but apartments so big😂I think they gave us a super prmier apartment like i see the catalog.have 4 rooms & have all the basics for kitchen.very luckly lah kn sbb dpt apartment super biggest😍 My review: 1.Aprtment very clean 2.Turun bawah dekat jak night market wlpun x banyak stall. 3.worth it for my money lah apartments dia sebab,di kk tidak ada lgi ko dapat apartments yg betul2 murah lps tu dapt lagi 4 rooms dan selesa.wlpun bangunan dia old,tapi still ok baa. 4.Book on booking it's cheaper than call or WhatsApp book😂 5.i will book again for raya😅

During my stay, I encountered a few minor inconvenience. The hair dryer was not functioning, the WiFi signal was rather weak, and there was no iron available for clothes. I hope the management can look into these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

I book for 3D2N,i call the reception req want room direct 2 night they can’t give me as req,because my rate price not same.1 for room no window & 1 for have window.I understand the rules & i ok ja. But,when I got to register to check in,i ask again my req can or not i want my rooms direct for 2N.but the staff very good for serve my req. the male staff gave me direct for 2N with the same rooms. Staff very frendly 👍👍I got a cheap price with apps booking.so,i want book again😄

We love the space, for large families it's very suitable. Aircond quite cool and all functional. We enjoyed the pool very much. Affordable price and very convenient for us. We would love to stay here again.

Kindly provide or repair the following 1. Washing machine (for laundry) 2. Broom, floor mop, pail and dust pan (for cleaning the floor) 3. Kitchen cloth for wiping 4. Aircon remote control no batteries 5. Kitchen hood not working 6. Additional cooking wok, wash basin for vegetables and rice spoon 7. Indoor slippers

Spacious space for your family, its location and facility in the apartment. it got washing machine and ironing equipment. nice location near to tanjung lipat, it is walkable distance if you wish to jog by the seaside and watch the sun set..or catching glimpse of mount kinabalu from the distance.

some towels are not properly clean. Luckily i ve brought my own.

The flooring at the dining area should be repaired. The tiles were a bit loose. Someone might get hurt if not careful

3 bedroom apartments. Very clean. Not too far from the town and filipino market. Also not expensive during my stay. The staff is also friendly and replies to my whatsapp when I ask for the location. The view is great. Got a swimming pool near the house. Inside the house I got towels, cooking utensils, 2 bathrooms, fridge, cooking spaces, dining tables and etc. But no washing machine. I hope later the owner will provide the washing machine so it is easier for us to wash and spin our wet clothes. Overall the apartment was beyond expectation.

I like stay here because I could used kitchen facilities (but kitchen utensil is very limited), to cook my favourite food here. It is a spacious good apartment to stay if you want a privately stay

This is not a service apartment like stars hotel. They provide everything and not come to entertain do their services everyday but price is affordable to most ordinary people who had a very tight budget to spend during holiday..

My room near to swimming pool!! its really convenience. our room also big!

we book for 3 room, but the aircond at one of the room did not function very well. i think there is no gas already. but luckily at the living room has aircond so its fine :)

Very basic kitchen equipment - enough for 4 people only. Meant for 6 people.
