The location of the flat was perfect especially if you need to reach to the jetty. The area itself is great because of the nearby shopping Mall, restaurants, shops etc. The flat is lovely by itself, enough space, great views. We loved the bonus havingna pool and the view to the sea and the sunset. The host is very responsive. Generally is a lovely stay!

One thing I hate the most and it is dirty floor and this property had it very bad. Not sure why when the flat itself was actually clean. Also the shower cubicle door wasn't moving properly.

We loved this property. There was a wonderful view from every room. The bedroom at the back had a view to Mount Kinabalu and the lounge room had wonderful sea views across to Gaya island and the water village. We spent a lot of time watching the water, the changing light (beautiful sunrise and sunset) and the boats coming and going. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There were convenience stores, laundromats and restaurants in the same complex as the apartment, but it was an easy walk into the centre of town. Plenty of parking is available at a reasonable cost (RM2 for first 2 hours or part thereof, RM1 per hour thereafter). We arrived too early to check in but we were able to leave our luggage at another hotel owned by the hosts so that we could explore without our heavy packs. The hosts were very helpful.

Nothing really. It would be nice to have a washing machine, but there were several laundromats close by.

As usual i like their top notch cleanliness. The nice laundry smell of linen and blankets make you feel comfortable and confident on cleanliness. Self check-in and check-out is a great thing that keeps things easier and flexible for me.

Unlike my last stay which was sea facing side this time was facing the jungle / greenery and partly the road. Love greenery but the partly road part was not pleasant for below reasons. The frequent sound of motors till the wee hours of the night on the road spoiled our sleep mid night. Need to be mindful of choosing the right side of the stay.

The accommodation was highly convenient for our visit to the SICC exhibition venue. It is close to the Suria shopping center, various dining options and convenience stores.

The pillow was too elevated and firm. We struggled to find rest during the initial night. To remedy this, I improvised using a folded blanket as a substitute pillow. Meanwhile, my companions resorted to using towels for the same purpose.

i would like to say about parking and card access.. it was good if the parking entrance is free for hotel guest.. and the hotel should give 2 card access for guest who comes with family group.

Cozy bed Room and very convenient with kitchen facilities, laundry available just down stair and not far to Suria by walk. Security seen around the building which make it a safe place to stay in.

Too chaotic when using the lift. Pool are crowded but still fine. Noisy neighbour, can hear loud banging door most of the time especially at late night. View facing highway. Next time would prefer seaview side

The location is very near to SICC and convenient.

Only 1 set of access card and key given. Is very inconvenient for us. We have to go out and back all together. We can not spare to 2 teams back to the homestay. They can not go to rest early. Have to wait to bring them up to the unit .

Great location perfect for our trip

Issues checking in. We had arranged an early check in (11am) which was great, we were delayed so got there at 1:45 pm only to find there were no keys available as the previous guests had not checked out yet. Finally got in at 3pm

Beds were very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. Bathroom was fully equipped with toiletries and had a discrete shower stall. Free highspeed WiFi connectivity was available. Smart TV was available with a provided Netflix account. Great location near Jesselton Quay in KK. Doby and convenience store amenities are easily available.

Walls are abit thin, its possible to hear passersby in the corridors of the block.
