we got the seaview. beautiful! nice to wake up to the view each morning. place was clean and well equipped for a comfortable homestay. self service laundry, convenience stores and food below made the stay really convenient and comfortable.

only downside is there's no parking. would have been nice if this was mentioned earlier. parking at the mall costs rm15 with a seasons pass. but we managed to park outside, over the pavement. of course at our own risk. but no summons for the 4 days we parked.

Location is within walking distance to Jesselton Point (Food and Island Hopping). You can walk to 2 malls nearby too. Driving around in KK town - please avoid peak hours! Places of interests are nearby too.

Feels like home at Nana Homestay. Would be better if Nana provides a small broom and dustpan. Coming back from island, guests may bring back some sand stuck on slippers or pants. Haha.. Overall, I would definitely come back if I have a chance to. I will recommend Nana Homestay to my friends and family.

The cozy and warm place. Also, the location located at the centre of the city. the view was spectacular with an amazing wide viewing.

Not enough facilities available especially the washing machine. But it's okay at least got dobi laundry outside the ground level

Everything is great. Both bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen utensils complete. Easy to pool acces. The view is city view but it is great.

Perhaps can add coffee table and small carpet for living room and extra toiletries could be better.

Spacious flat with a great view.

The name "Nana Homestay" is somewhat misleading, as it suggests a personal touch, which is entirely absent; it is simply a typical Airbnb-style, remotely accessible flat.

The location is strategic for those exhibiting at SICC, it's just 7-10mins walk. The place is also walking distance from stores and restaurants.

The TV in my unit is not working properly, it kept restarting by itself so we couldn't watch any shows.

The staff Nana very helpful in giving information during my stay. Easy to reach her whenever we need help.. the room itself feel comfortable for family 7 pax.

Very comfortable , the staff was very helpful and quickly responded to our messages . It was a wonderful time there and i would 100% recommend for those that consider staying here in kota kinabalu . The area is very convinient and the necessity was met .

Host is very helpful, easy to reach and eager to serve I was having issues with lock, when phoned the host, host immediately offered to come over Host contacted the management to assist while driving, and it was fixed within 20 minutes The cleanliness is beyond reproach, there are a total of 4 single beds + 1 queen bed. For 6 pax at this rate is a steal. My brother said the sofa bed in the living room is a sight to wake up to - what an understatement. The sea view and the reclining sofa bed, lying on it reading my book while talking to my mum was a pleasant memory that is going to stay with me for a long time.

Below are not what we don't like (we really enjoy the stay), but some thoughts on how the stay can be made even better - storing the cleaning tools in the bathroom (mop and pail) elsewhere - a note clarifying the alphabets of wifi-password (living room) are lower case - a simple shoe rack at entrance, as the unit is capable of housing 6 pax, a shoe rack would be in handy - a floor mat for entrance/bathroom, as currently it is being shared with bathroom Something we noted but likely is beyond what host could do - small water pressure, we stayed also at 16th floor where the water pressure is noticeably stronger

Free parking and spacious parking lot, easy access to location, my room is near the lift which is so nice and excellent sea view. I always enjoy my stay at jesselton quay bcs it has 5 elevator, which is very very convenient. Don't need to wait too long to go to your room. Near to suria sabah, easy to get grab car and food delivery. The apartment got 5 beds suitable for family, wish the bed wheel has a stopper so it won't move so much, clean and comfortable.
