It was a spacious place with all amenities as described. Good views of the mountain. Convenient as most places were right next door or 10-15 mins away by walk. Bed was comfortable.

The extremely loud sounds from the cars and bikes (those damn silencers!) from the road throughout the night. Windows should be sound proof. If you are a light sleeper like me, please look for another place (and check for reviews) or you will struggle to sleep. The couch in the living room. Not very comfortable and had a lot of stains. The house could have an overall vibe uplift. It’s not bad at all but it could be better with just some brightening up in terms of aesthetics, colors, room fragrances etc.

Very large room with 2 bedrooms and great view. Cold air con. Great for a family. Although a bit run down it was great value for money. Pool and roof top bar were also great. Good location right next to jetty. Instructions to get key card was appreciated and very easy to follow. To stay in the actual Mecure serviced rooms costs twice as much.

A bit ageing and very light on for some inclusions. Eg. Instructions say to wash dishes when finished but there isn't even a tea towel to dry them so I had to go buy one. No hand towels. Lack of locations to dry towels. For a family unit didn't have 4 of each plate, cup, cutlery etc.

Seaview n city view,big bdroom n lvgroom.equip wif kitchen utensil,provide private parking. Friendly owner,gv me discount as i cont my stay. Easy check in, at mercure hotel building.

Need a phone, I am an old lady without one. I had to seek help for all communications with arrival details, then take photos of all the whats app stuff. Email would have been so much kinder for me. Very techy - I was incapable of making the tv work, took 2 days before i could work the electric hob, and left a note saying I think microwave broken. Instructions would have been tremendously helpful.

Good view to trees. Close to ferries to beaches. Nice pool. Lots of space!

No loungers by the pool. Pool closes early. Only 1 key provided & needed to use lifts (up & down) etc. No information provided before arriving to check in- complicated/would not be possible without internet on my phone. Kitchen utensils limited.

It was located in the heart of things and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The room was clean and neat.

Wish there were better TV programs to watch. Plus communication via Booking.com is zero. They don't reply on the app until you arrive and then they Whatsapp you.

Bedroom glass door slides wide to large balcony. Great view of the sea & sunset. Aircraft approaching with landing gear down at very close range. Rooms are spacious, clean & bright with many ceiling spots. Many battery outlets in each room. Flexible access to the room key. The staff is friendly, easy to reach, quick to respond. Large supermarket & nice fruit shop at 200m from the apartment.

Room spacious and place is so near to Jesselton and Suria Sabah. We just walk to Jesselton and Suria Sabah and also to the closest building..the owner also nice and well responded. Overall very recommended.
