Great location and lots of food and shops in the complex. Lovely, helpful staff.

No cupboards or drawers to store clothes. Pinstay was great but the apartment complex itself has some issues. There is not a proper gym, it is just two treadmills. There are only 6 sun beds and no umbrellas or other areas for shade.

Check in and check out process were so smooth. Deposit of rm100 required upon check in. Staff were very attentive to my request and complaints. They send someone immediately as i requested for sea view room but the gave me city view unit at first. Sea view unit was so so perfect view. Facilities (pool/gym) are accessible.

Parking is not free. The windows are really dangerous. It can be opened easily. As a traveller with a toddler, parents have to be extra careful letting your child playing near the window. Maybe owner can do something about it.

The location was convenient, and the view from the 17th floor was stunning. • The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate my family comfortably. • The amenities provided were adequate, and the check-in process was smooth.

The most concerning issue was that the windows could not be locked. This posed a severe safety risk, especially being on a high floor with young children, including a child with special needs who requires constant supervision.. The lack of proper safety measures made it difficult for us to fully relax and enjoy our time at the homestay.

The location is super strategic , near to all places in the KK town. There is 24hrs shop to buy anything you want to buy. The house view is super nice facing.. so breathtaking.

There is one kind odor not nice on the bathroom. maybe use better exhaust fan and put bath freshener. Please provide more bath foot toilet for both door since this unit have 2 doors.

The location is very easy and accessible, The facilities was good,but it will be better with simple microwave and also to provide the user manual for the water boiler and induction cooker.

on the night last night that we were staying, the was a loud noise, i am not very sure where it came from, but it disturb us anyway, was not very sure where the noise came from, it was a sound of very loud music

Easy access, safe parking, clean n spacious and it has 2 toilets. Very convenient if you come with family

Toilet has no exhaust fan. I don’t like the steam iron. It didnt get my scarfniron smoothly, the projector lens is dirty or the wall dusty. Some window has no curtain. I and my daughter accidentally kicked the bed. The walls need painting.

Staff were very accommodating. I booked 2 Separate occasions and they were ok to merge them into same room so I don’t need to check out and jn during my 3 days 2 nights stay. Then our first room had a very pungent rotten smell from the fridge that emanated throughout the room. They were able to arrange to change room for us as well. The view is perfect and the place was clean.
