This is my go to place to stay in KK. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are good value, and are clean, spacious and comfortable. I really like the eco friendliness, that they have water filters in the room to avoid using plastic bottles for example. The included breakfast was decent, and there is a lovely rooftop pool and bar to relax at after a day out. Location is great, less than five minutes walk to Jesselton Quay and nearby to Gaya Street and Australia Place for night markets and bars, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Hotel facilities were good and staff were helpful. Breakfast provided has a great variety of foods. Pool area has a great view of the ocean and islands. Sunset views were exceptional from the pool area.

Location of the property is a distance from main shopping areas and food night market. Rooms were small in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in Malaysia. Breakfast juices were artificial and full of sweeteners. Fresh juices should be a definite change to the menu. The beds have very heavy doonas which make it difficult to sleep. Our room suffered from regular noise from house keeping staff slamming doors through the night.

The 3-suite bedroom was huge. My kids enjoyed using the bath tub. The location is opposite to Jesselton ferry terminal which is embarking point for island hopping trips. Suria Sabah and Jesselton Point Duty Free just opposite the hotel. Variety of breakfast selections with local and continental dishes alike. Friendly staffs and front desk members. Excellent seaview. Our return flight was at 6.00am. The caring staffs provide us with packed breakfast for my kids at 4.15am which is very thoughtful and generous. Thank you so much.

The location is great and very close to the Jesselton point and 2 mins by foot and close to 711 and supermarket and the Gaya street only 5 mins by foot and very easy to find the Chinese restaurant close by. You need to cost 15 mins by car to see the sunset . 16 mins by car to the airport , anyhow it is great location and 25th top pool is good

The bed was not that clean with some dirty on them. And the bathroom is not clean especially the ground and the closestool and smelling not good of the hall of each floor

The design of the washroom and bathroom. It's congested. The breakfast at the hotel is just fair.

Lovely 2 bedroomed room with living area - Kitchen, sofa and dining table. Nice roof top pool and bar area with great views. Great breakfast included in the price Very happy with the accommodation - previous review had me a little concerned.

Not the best location as a walk into the centre of K.K however I new this when we booked.

good location. Supermarkets, many restaurants are just down the hotel. Suria Sabah the big shopping mall is just opposite the hotel. Our double twin room is clean and there is an fabulous view of the sea and sunset.

as we have friends staying on another floor and we can't access to their floor cos need room card to access in the lift. We have stayed for 4 nights, some staff are not very good in housekeeping.

The breakfast was good, as was the swimming pool. The views on the rooftop pool and cafe were exceptional during sunset and it was very nice to be able to get a drink whilst watching the sun go down.

We were initially put in a room that directly faced another room. The outside walls of the hotel have suffered from the humidity so we were really looking out on a mouldy wall. The room was pleasant enough but felt like we were living in a cave.

Great location - around the corner from the island hopping ferry terminal (Jesselton Point) Rooms were a really good size - plenty of space for 2 people, big comfortable bed, reasonable cupboard space Good selection at breakfast and tasty too Pool was great - nice rooftop pool to cool down in

Communal areas could do with a bit of TLC - a lot of chipped off paint and dated carpets in the room corridors. Bathroom layout may not be for everyone, as it's not a separate room (it's around the corner from the bedroom, so not the most private)
