I dont like the parking... not enough parking for customer.. i have to park very far and worries about my car safety

Location is very convenient as it sit beside 1Borneo so finding food & shopping is not a problem. Bed very comfortable. My room also has bathtub but its not that very comfortable sit in. Breakfast also great & my favorite is their Mee Goreng. My room is on the 11th floor and view is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful

Housekeeping. I stay for 6 nights and I ask to clean the room every day and I think on the 3rd day, the cleaner didn't even wash my cup, not changing the wet towel on the floor and I don't even think they vacuum the room on that day. Also the room card key keep get faulty on the 5th day & last night. Its very annoying as I just back from my course and my room was on the 11th floor, I need to went back to the receptionist twice. I even don't let the card near with my phone

This is a big hotel with large room sizes. The shower is very powerful .There is a swimming pool that looked inviting. During Ramadan they put on a delicious spread at sun set that is keenly priced. The breakfast is very reasonable particularly when the hotel is quiet. Next door there is a large mall that has seen better days but still a joy to see. The ride by bus or taxi from the city centre allows you to see more of the city.

The toilet did not flush, you had to use the spray/wash to fill it. Apart from the restaurant there appeared to be nowhere to fill water bottles. If the eggs in the restaurant were not all cooked early and put in heated trays they might be more appealing.

Breakfast was fine. It was great having a swimming pool. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. The position next to the hyper mall was a bonus because it had its own entrance and exit from the hotel. However, from our perspective, for us the location was a mistake; I hadn't realised there were several Klagan hotels, and thought I was booking in the city centre. That meant longer rides into the centre (but a quicker getaway leaving for Mt Kinabalu and Poring Hot Springs!)

We had to move the second night because a number of occupants had complained about the AC not working properly on our floor. We felt it was working fine in our room, however, they closed off the whole floor in order to investigate the issue.

the bathroom are spacious.. amenities excellent, housekeeping and other staff are polite & really helpful. housekeeping who cleaning our room 719 on September 7 are really great. he/she gave us fresh towel, extra coffee amenities especially sabah tea since he/she noticed we like sabah tea so much. also give us extra drinking water for the baby i guess. don't know the name but he/she really giving us the best services. five ⭐!

the babycot need to upgrade instead using th old wooden one, or maybe do something so the based fit the babycot frame properly.. because 1st night staying at TKR the baby cot collapsed cause my son fall to the surface.. luckily my son not injure.. also according to the housekeeper during changing new babycot, this incident not the first time happen.. so yea.. don't wait Someone else baby got injured yeaa.

I had a really pleasant stay at Klagan Regency in 1 Borneo. The location is unbeatable, right next to the shopping mall, so it was super convenient for dining and shopping. The studio room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home. I loved the view from the room—it added a nice touch to the overall experience. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were a nice bonus, and the area felt safe and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Breakfast was great and tasty, lots of options for food and drinks. Location being near 1Borneo Mall means that going for shopping runs don't take very far to go to, and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Pretty rooms and facilities, gives off the aesthetics of a top-line hotel despite the prices.

I hope that the side entrance that's directly connected to the 1Borneo mall is fixed in the future, since it'll help cut down on the distance between the two places, even if only by a small amount. Check-in process took a bit longer than usual due to the UMS convocation week, but overall, it was more of a minor issue than anything major.

I really like how spacious the suites are, it fits my family comfortably. Love the smart TVs too as it has netflix for our convenience. The suite layout is perfect because it separate between the living hall and bedroom making both TVs doesn’t mix each others noise. Walk in closet and toilet also give extra point for this hotel.

Nothing major, just probably can add variety of choice for breakfast.

Location. Spacious room & clean.

Checkout time is at 12pm...should be at 1pm or 2pm since checkin is 3pm. Its not 24hrs so it a bit lost/rugi in guest side. Govt should implement rules that gives both side win win situation..or hotel can make it happen for a happy guest & willing to come back again to the hotel. Should update the photo in booking Com since the room its not as in the photo..no mirror see thru to the bed..

what I like is this place is close to the mall, the room is close to the pool, breakfast is included in the room price, the staff is friendly.

I was a little disappointed because I booked a Superior King Room but when I entered the room it was not a king size bed but two small beds. the door has a little problem when it is closed, the TV does not have cartoon channels that are suitable for small children, the room is a little worn out.
