The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The first room we got was very hot and the AC did not seem to work properly. We quickly got help from the staff and in the end changed rooms which fixed the issue. Our room had a nice ocean view and comfy bed. The main lobby had this "activities counter" which was a quick way to book activities for our stay. The lady working there was helpful and worked as our contact during our whole stay. We for example rented a scooter from the desk for five days for a reasonable price which was delivered to the hotel. We also booked activities like island hopping and mangrove tour which were very well organised. The hotel breakfast was quite good and restaurant food was nice as well.

The room furniture was quite old so there were some clear marks of wear. Also the walls had some scratches and stains on them. However, everything else was perfect so these factors did not really matter.

The staff we met were really² friendly. The A/C was strong enough.

Some parts of the hotel needs further maintenance (doorways, lightbulbs in lighting fixture, deadbolts); Hallways need to be properly lighted.

Very nice place to stay from the check in process to the stay until check out. it’s very clean and comfortable with great view. would recommend to others and might stay again here.

Just my personal opinion regarding the food, i think it would be better if the cooked rice is reheated in rice cooker instead of reheating them on the tray bcs the rice will be very hard and inedible but other food is just nice and delicious.

I love their restaurant service, car park and the food! They were friendly, fast service, polite and having very good manner. Either man or girls, they try to be helpful to everyone. The restaurant service staff also take last minute reservation during dinner and it means a lot to us although they were quite busy. The price for the food at the restaurant was really suites with their theme 'MARHAEN'. The price was affordable and the zikir playlist is really good! Btw shout out to the Sotong Goreng Tepung!! Really fresh, crisp and taste amazing! For car park, I was impressed because I can park near with the entrance rather than in basement etc

For receptionist, they lack of friendly vibe and the customer need to approach them. They also have miscommunication with technical staff during add on extra bed. Regarding the food, the tom yam is lacking because they do not have profile of tomyam. Quite flat and not taste like Southeast Asia😅

We spent 3 nights in Adya Hotel Langkawi. It is located close to the port by taxi or grab and also clise to the night market. From check-in to check-out everything happened smoothly. The staff is very well prepared, polite, helpful and mindful. They helped us to carry our suitcases and during check-in there was a self service welcome drink. Next to the reception a lady helped to organize excurcions. The breakfast was soo good, always fresh and impossible to taste everything because they served plenty of dishes. We had dinner in their restaurant too, the Jelapang feied rice is so gooood, you must try. The view was great from our window, we saw the sea and small islands. The pool is good for swimming and sunbath too. If we visit Langkawi again, we will definetaly re-book in this hotel.

I got upgraded to a suite which had an amazing sea view and an all-around balcony. The windows are floor to ceiling which is an amazing combined with the view

The hotel is noisy. Songs play in the hallways non-stop. Sadly you can hear it in the rooms. My room had an AC that is very loud. I had to turn it off so I could sleep. The breakfast is below average. The room is not very clean. The couch is a bit old and bent. The toilet is somewhat old and there is no lock for the door!

Swimming pool is good with plenty tables and towels supplied. Staff are very helpful. The area is great! The room is spacious and clean, the balcony with see view makes it superb!

I liked the gym, has got a lot of space available and can be easily improved buy adding a water dispenser, paper tissues, small rubbish bin, fix the cycling bike and add few more heavier weights as the biggest dumbbell is only 10kg The double bed is good but a bit smaller than most hotels double bed

The view is awesome.

Very comfortable room with a nice balcony view. The hotel breakfast was good, as was the restaurant food. The pool is nice and the gym was good (though weights only go up to 10kg). I liked it enough to extend an extra night.

The location was safe and close to a lot of shops, but I didn't realise it's quite far from the main tourist areas and beach (like Pantai Cenang). If you're there for the beach I'd recommend staying in walking distance from Pantai Cenang.
