The room is large and has a facilities pantry for our dine with kids..Even the access was a bit quiet...we were comfortable to stay

At night some noise by foreigners disturb our night

They need to do something about the water pressure, it was so low that I need to use more time for shower.. 🥲🥲

It would be nice if the surrounding area be light up better outside the hotel.

The staff were lovely and the hotel was decent value for money

They charged us a 10 tax for each night we stayed that wasn't mentioned at all. They said it was "city tax" but it we haven't been charged this anywhere else that we have gone in all of Langkawi, this is clearly just taking advantage of people and it's very underhanded and mean.

The location of the hotel was in an area that looks run down. Strong bird-dropping smells near the stairs leading up to the hotel.

All the facilities are satisfactory, however got some leaking on the wall during heavy rain.

The three levels building & got stray dogs rooming around got us tired & scared
