The room is spacious and have a good view. It is joined with the old mall next door where you can get some necessary stuff and/or to look at some of the duty free chocolates etc. There's some duty free sections. There's restaurants nearby and walking distance to KFC or slightly further to McD for those who go for fast food. Otherwise it is also near to just drive towards MAHA tower and town centre. It's an old hotel but it is still giving good service. Had problem with a room and they are very helpful and accommodating to ensure the issues resolved. Very good service from the hotel staff. Keep up the good work.

Very spacy and large room, the stuff were very nice, helpful and professional. They kept my luggage in a safety area before my check-in (early in morning after my arrival in Langkawi) so I could visit the town more freely and lightly

The ceilling fan was a little bit noisy in the room + reception floor and walls were unclean in some areas which can give a bad image to the hotel.

First of all, the room was damn big and fully occupied with the things that we need for the course example like( iron board, chair to discuss, small coffee table). Favourite indian channel to be watched in tv. Can switch on the fan if too cold with the air-conditioner. Location was exactly in the middle of town. Just walk to the nearest restaurant or grocery shop.

The location was good, great view form the window to the mountains. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, had to ask for knives, salt and freshly made eggs as the fried eggs that were there didn't look nice. Limited choice of breakfast for such a big restaurant.

The whole buildings corridors, meeting rooms, gym etc are mouldy and very smelly. It looks like the hotel was abandoned during COVID which is understandable and they are trying to air out everything but when the smell is that bad you need to work on literally removing the mould.

Triple room was so big.... unfortunately standard double room was so small. The breakfast quite good and got much variety to eat. the taste..so-so. friendly staff. Lobby got no aircond. Mall just beside the hotel, CHocolate got at the left and right hotel... every where is chocolate..chocolate. Overall was ok and fun.

Why was the swimming pool water taste like vinegar??.....So salty?... oh btw, theres a lot bird poo at gym & pool area. Please clean it regularly as i know at our window got a lot of pigeon.

The sheets and towels are changed every day. The employees especially those at the registration counter were very nice and helpful. A strategic place. Langkawi parade is connected to the hotel. You can buy chocolates anytime you want. But they open at 10.00 am. You can easily find nice Thai food across the streets. They also have Roti canai. They open around 4.00 pm and close around 3 am.

The food served at the hotel lack varieties and was just okay. Not that bad but also not that good.

I was given a different room on the other side of the hotel. The room was hot and low costs. I asked for another room but I have to pay extra rm60 and was very dissapointed

Very large room in this updated hotel. Lots of eateries nearby. Reliable wifi. Windows open to let the fresh clean sea air in! Quiet at night.

Breakfast was very good and suitable to my family taste.. location also very suitable at 4th floor.
