Nothing to complain about! Shout out to Don, the front desk staff who serve me throughout the process before the reservation has been made via WhatsApp, check-in until the last day for check-out! He's a very helpful, responsive and flexible person that solves every issue faced by me. About the overall facilities during the stay, everything is excellent in which beyond the basic facilities given from the other accommodations, such as water dispenser, beverage like coffee can be refilled, a quality of hair shampoo and body wash. Another merit by taking public transport to this place is very convenient, you can take the MRT to arrive at Taman Midah station and an 8 minute of normal walk, exit from Door B. The nearby places are lively, so do not worry about that. You will feel very calm after entering the entrance and a soft music is played around even at the corridor of every floor until 12 am midnight. The soundproofing is good and I like the advanced electronic system done by the owner. Only one con faced by me, after the night of my first stay until check-out, the hot shower is not functioning in my room and I informed Don about this during check-out. I satisfied what he was explained and clarified the issue. It actually works normally and just fixed right before the first day of check-in. After you're reading here, I can recommend you to stay here if you're still undecided where you want to stay in the KL area. The public transport provided has made it easier for you to travel to the attraction places by MRT, LRT, Monorail, and etc...

Comfortable, clean room. Very quiet so able to sleep well. Room cleaned every day. Friendly receptionist (Moona) who was very helpful and polite. Free tea and coffee in the reception area and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Constant supply of hot water in bathroom.

Location is not in central KL but MRT line station (Taman Midah) is a 10- minute walk away from where you can catch a train direct to KL Central.

I had a 1 night stay in this hotel for the 1st time and definately will come back again. As a solo female traveller I feel really safe in this hotel. Its not the sleazy kind of hotel. I appreciate the 24 hr concierge as I arrived only at around 2.30am. The room has everything that I needed for a comfortable stay and a good night rest. Its super clean like a 5 star standard. Staffs are all very friendly. Highly recommended and value for money, especially for budget travellers.

I had a bad experience last night. Someone trying to snitch into my room. Hopefully next time there will no such experience.

Small little boutique hotel but provided a 3 stars environment. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Room is small and not spacious enough. Parking was challenging at day time, might need to park a bit far away and there are chances to kena summon if park at the roadside. If possible, suggest to get a few reserved parking for hotel customers like others similar boutique hotel does.

Value for money,location is good but there is hard to find convenience store here but is okay

Food stall is far from the hotel and the channel tv is not good

Easy access from the highway with ample parking. The place is safe to stay. Payment was transparent and no hidden charges. Deposit was immediately refunded upon checkout. Trustworthy and value for money!

The room is quite small, suitable for solo travellers and maximum couples only.

It was a good stay, in a good location, good AC, close to shopping centers etc. and nice staff.

The room had a really musty/moldy smell and the humidity felt really high in the room unfortunately.
