The unit is clean and the location is good. 👍 However the TV is not functioning.

The info given by staff, always different. Not sure communication breakdown? Requested for late check out during booking, communication in booking.com, communicated via WhatsApp message and also during the met up with the staff. Was informed and agreed to the late check out rate given. However during the checkout date, was informed that we have to pay for another night rate if late check out after 3pm. This is really ridiculous and felt like cheated. We have no choice but to pay for another night rate since we only able to check out at 5pm due to transport issue. Hope the communication between staffs and customer will be better and do not cheat customer.

I had a great day staying here ! It’s incredibly affordable, making it a great value for money. The location is super convenient, with easy access to food shops just on the LG floor, which was really handy. Parking was also hassle-free, which made things even easier. The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room was clean, and all necessary utensils were provided, so I had everything I needed. Plus, the view was absolutely lovely ! Overall, I had a great experience and am definitely looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend!

The only minor issue was that one lamp was out, but it wasn’t a big deal.

View, the room, the service, location pretty much everything. The room was designed minimalistic and was very clean. Location is just above a shopping mall, therefore you won't need to worry about groceries shopping. To top it off, if you are craving alcohol. There are 4 bars downstairs in the shopping mall that open till 12am.

The parking was super hard to find, i have to roam for 20min to find the exact number of the parking just to avoid getting clamped. No toothbrush and toothpaste

At first and at the end of my stay , there were some issues, but they took care of those issues very quickly and they always responded to my concerns quickly. The property was also nice, and the location was perfect, so I stayed here for five weeks and after that I decided to live in another unit in the same residence building. Another thing I liked was that the walles were thick, so it was generally quiet (you can hear some noises of the main road or MRT but not so noisy). Additionally, I didn’t see any insects while staying.

It wasn’t a big deal. In general, the room was very clean, but some parts weren’t cleaned up like inside the wardrobe and the vanity table, so I had to clean up before using them.

Smooth check in process with friendly and helpful staff. The size of the apartment exceeded expectations - the high ceiling, dining area and living area were awesome! Well lit and spacious with all the amenities that you could need. It's also located right above a huge mall with lots of food and shopping options.

The bed was terribly springy and uncomfortable though - wasn't a good night sleep. Could consider replacing the mattress with something sturdier.

Key collection instruction was came in last minutes. I advise to contact your guest and create the WhatsApp group at least a day or two days in prior to check for confirmation. guests are require to park your car at road side on the yellow line and walk in to meet the host. chances to get illegal parking fine is expected. House rules guidelines is advisable to have a set of hard copy in the unit. Not all guests (precisely elderly) are not gadget/ app savvy to view soft copy of PDF in phone. It would be pleasant if the host to arrive at the welcome point earlier than the guest, rather than the guest waiting you and keep checking when is your arrival time.

many of mold in the toilet downstairs of my apartment was many mold and unpleasant smell

located in the mall so you have everything at your doorstep. train station is a short walk and can easily get to more central places like bukit bintang and kl sentral. pools are on the rooftop, make sure you walk across the sky bridge if you're staying in J block. took me a couple of days to figure that out, that's also where the sauna/fitness centre is. nice view from the rooftop and the guards at the lg swipe door to access the lifts are very friendly and so were the staff. whatsapp instructions are very easy to follow and find.

most of my negative experiences were not fault of the property and come with living in a city - such as renovations in a nearby room, kids running around on the floor above my bed at midnight. I see some people mentioned a urine smell in the pipes and I also smelt that, might have to close your ensuite door at night. But if you're used to travelling around Asia it's nothing major and not a big deal.

Room quite big, facilities nice although I didn't use the facilities😁 rooftop is very nice😍 Room actually clean but there's a lot of ants under the carpet, and the sofabed is dirty and there's a lot of spots. Staff were nice, but I don't know why the security seems like didn't know everything because everytime I asked them, they always said "I don't know"😅

The AC's remote only one, and the washing machine very dirty so I can't use it

Plenty of eateries around There's a washing machine in the unit Calling a Grab car is easy The place is quiet The room is very spacious, with two bathrooms. Basic kitchen utensils provided. Good WiFi internet connection.

The was some walking distance from the point where you get down from a vehicle to the the entrance of the door. No helps with bringing luggages to the room. So don't bring more than two lugaggages if you are traveling alone. Cheras is a massive jam area. Knows what is the best time to start going out if you you are on a budget vacation. There's no proper ironing board provided, just a small table top ironing board that failed to "stand up" is available.
