The room is really beautiful. There are plenty of lifts. The parking area is spacious, and the parking space provided near the entrance door.The guards are incredibly helpful. You can enjoy the city view at night without any obstruction from nearby buildings. The air conditioning works well. the bed and sofa are comfy. When I reported a leaking pipe, the maintenance staff came quickly and fixed it within only 5 minutes. It's definitely a 5-star experience!

No qibla sign available. We booked for 4 people. Inside house got 1 single bed, 1 queen bed, and a sofa bed for two people. However, we only received blankets for 3 people. It wasn't a big issue, though.

Staff upon check in not aware of room condition, requested for bed downstairs as we have elderly not able to walk up the stairs but when asked upon check in staff said no bed downstairs available as no space. Luckily upon entering room we saw a bed by the window

Just below the mall. The host helpful and will share the details before check in. Plus Plus point able to fulfill my extra mattress requests without any sweats. Cute property and suitable good for small family stay.

The key collection method and parking lot slightly confusing but then should be no more issues since we understand the procedure.

The staff was very supportive, The mall and convenience stores at the lobby 24/7 make it an ideal stay in KL and its connections to roads leading to the city centre make it my first preference to stay in kl... The free parking is an addition.

Though it was perfect, few additions in the room will make it the perfect stay... Furthermore the check in and check out were though easy but parking became issue as we cannot enter main free parking and have to park in mall first and for checkout we need to take car out first then return the keycard.

The fact that it's on top of a mall makes everything convenient. The pool and gym facilities were fantastic

Apart from a blackout of the premises on one night and resumption after 3 hours, everything else was ok.

I stayed for three nights and four days, but there was no cleaning service. I suggest putting a broom

Request for balconied unit & didnt get one.after payment made stated the unit got balcony.When check in thr s no balcony.Bit dissapointed thr.Thy should inform balcony unit no more available bfore i arrived not when i realised on my own during checking in

D suite was clean n comfortable

No coffee/tea. There were no microwave oven provided to head up our food.. The stove wasn't functiong well. D YouTube tv chanell was not entertain coz a lot of advertising it's not worth it all to watch a movies or tv serials.
