Everything was quite new and gym was good.

Only complaints I have was 1) the water temperature was hard to adjust and if I did adjust it took a long time to change 2) no room on the sides of the basins to put my personal things like shaving cream, tooth brush, etc.

New hotel, everything is new. The hotel not busy. The decoration of the hotel is nice. The hotel is clean.

There is no iron in the room. The pool open at 9 am, not early morning. The bathroom is small. The price expensive.

It was my birthday and they decorated our room and put a cake for us upon my wife request without any charge. We arrived early and they checked us in right away. The location is very good having a door to Eko Cheras Mall and being nearby the metro station. The hotel has a nice gym and a clean pool with a great view which is the best to begin the day with. And the best thing about the hotel is the friendly staff always smiling and making the stay more enjoyable.

While the items of the breakfast are delicious it mostly includes options that are towards southeast asian tastes. But still there are items that are well known globally and can make it a good meal.

I had an exceptional stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Kuala Lumpur Cheras. The hotel's comfortable beds and amenities ensured a restful experience. The staff, particularly Ken, provided outstanding service. The in-room TV offered a wide range of channels, and I enjoyed watching movies during my stay. The hotel's prime location made it easily accessible, with the metro station just 3 minutes away. The adjacent mall offered a comprehensive range of amenities, including a food garden, GSC cinema, a budget-friendly supermarket, and a sweat wellness center. Overall, the hotel's convenience, comfort, and excellent service made it an ideal choice for my stay in Kuala Lumpur.

I had a truly wonderful experience at INNSiDE by Meliá Kuala Lumpur! I booked a stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and to my surprise, the hotel went above and beyond by decorating the room beautifully and even providing a complimentary cake. I was honestly shocked (in the best way!) when we opened the room – it was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. The decorations were done so tastefully and with so much effort, all at no extra charge. On top of that, the service and hospitality throughout our stay were excellent – every staff member was polite, attentive, and welcoming. It really made our celebration extra special, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. Definitely looking forward to coming back again!

A very nice hotel in the vicinity of the Cheras Mall, so it's easy to get food or anything else. LRT is right next to you, also through the mall. Only takes around 30 minutes (I think) to get to KL Sentral. I took LRT and MRT to KL Sentral, then KLIA Express, and it's very easy to do from the hotel. I LOVE THE BED AND PILLOWS! And everything was very clean and tidy. Price-wise, for KL, it's not expensive, but the quality of the bed and pillows, and the size of the room, I think, provide a very high value for money.

Just a minor thing: please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the mugs. I found one of them had some residue of something on the bottom.

The food at breakfast was quite tasty, but can be improved to add more variety. Then again, for a RM20 breakfast, i believed it was good enough. In room dining, lots to choose from. We had nasi lemak and nasi ayam kunyit which were good & the portion was generous. Room was spacious, bed comfy enough, toilet also good and everything was clean. Check in was easy and fast. There's a shopping mall just next door, and another mall within 10 minute walking distance via a covered bridge. MRT station also nearby. The pool is big, and clean. My kids love it, and not many other kids in there which was great. Parking at Level 7, you have to go up round and round, but small matter i guess as long as you're not driving a 'lorry'. If you're traveling to Kuala Lumpur & wish to safe some $$$ (since most hotels are expensive in the city & small), this could be a good choice when you still young & energetic.

Went down to the pool, and the pool towels were not there...it was only around 6pm something. The next morning, around 9 am, went down to the pool again...towels were not there too.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Special thanks to Vunga and the restaurant team who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their kindness and dedication to their work truly stood out. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect - close to all amenities, the train station, shopping mall, and fantastic restaurants. The hotel itself was spotless and comfortable which made extending our stay an easy decision. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

Staff were friendly, the room itself lovely, spacious, clean and very comfortable bed, shower facilities etc.

The location, it's too far out of central KL, the centre it's attached to isn't great, we really struggled here with food options. The pool was in need of cleaning and the surrounding grounds a revamp, it just lacked any sort of comfort. The pool was freezing. Breakfast was terrible, I wouldn't bother if I were to stay again, grab a coffee from the cafe in the centre.

We came in way way early in the morning because we had to attend an event somewhere near the vacinity. We met duty manager Hari and requested early check in if there was a room available just to wash up and rest a while before attending the function. We had to pay of course but it is ok. How lucky of us that there was one and he actually upgraded our room also. Great news for us so early in the morning. His welcoming and cheerful vibe was nice. Great job Melia. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is situated next to a shopping center. Parking was at level 7 and don’t forget to validate your touch and go card before leaving. Wi-fi is good. Not much choice for breakfast and wished there was more choices. Check out is easy. *Please compliment the above mentioned staff as he truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Your friendly demeanor and professionalism at the check in made a great impression. Thank you!
