The location of the property was excellent. No problems with shopping and finding food - lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. walking distance to an MRT makes this property even more easily accessible.

There were ample lots to park at in the parking lot and directions there were clear. however, I wasn't given a lot number to park at and the host wasn't too responsive when asked. Also, the access card to the parking lot was faulty but the guards were more than helpful in letting us in and out of the premises.

Reception staff were on hand to provide us with keys. They were polite and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well laid out. All staff were attentive and the facilities top notch. Loved living on top of a shopping centre with all of its conveniences.

Only downside was the noise from the traffic at night and the skytrain was quite noisy as well.

The location is prefect as it is just right to a new constructed mall. Many choices for the food & beverage and I may get any grocers from the store easily too. It is also very convenience for us to get the public transport and easy to go any places with its perfect location. Bed and pillows are very comfy. A great spot for railfan.

They have provided some simple kitchen utensils for travelers, but most of it has scratches on them and might caused harmful to the users if we eat the food cooked by them. The floor level is low so it is very close to the MRT lane, certain levels of noise is there.

Property was spacious as well as well maintained. It is within the mall building only. Online taxi service is available throughout.. If you have your own vehicle/ready to go with taxi, this property is great 👍

Public transportation is around 500mtrs away from the property. Also its a little far from KL city centre. Lack of good restaurants after 10pm is also a problem. Food court inside the mall will also close at around 10pm.

It is easy to assess to the mall as well as it is located right above EkoCheras Mall. Definitely a place to stay for a family whenever in KL.
