The rooms were clean and comfortable The Studio Queen Plus had a bathroom that was large and well laid out for disabled use - this was most useful as I was travelling with my mother who was wheelchair bound There was a good and clean food court at the location with a wide variety of choices Property was facing a large lake which was nice to walk around, jog or just sit & relax

The one thing that was annoying was that the rooms were not ready at the check in time of 2:00 pm. We arrived at 2:25 pm and were told that "rooms are not ready and will take another 15 mins". 15 mins then became 20 mins and an hour later (at 3:15 pm), we were still waiting for our rooms. This is very bad. I find it not kosher for the property to insist on check outs at 12:00 pm the next day but still not able to provide the room at the stated time!

May be noisy as some other country traveller seems to like this hotel. Got 4 hard knocks on the door from different traveller of same country with 1 late night knock. Small living room

Im a frequent here. I love how easy to check in.. I like the room n facilities. The room is very clean n comfy. Good parking. Great location.

Some of the staffs, i find them not so friendly. I always hv late check out n I pay for it. Some staffs r good enough to let me pay d extra hours charges during my check out. Bt some staff they insist me to pay on d spot if i want late check out. I stay here 5-6 times per month so they should noe how to be flexible with a frequent guest. Another thing is d bathroom cleanliness. They should speak to their staff to maintain d cleanliness as i find it to becoming less each time i stay.

Staff was polite, room was good value for the price that I paid. Clean room, with housekeeping done everyday. Location of accomodation is fairly close to city centre. Less than 30 mins drive to get to the places that you want to go to.

1. Some facilities like the lounge was only open to long-term residents and not hotel guests, which was disappointing. 2. Hotel bathroom was frosted glass all around, so it's a little bit translucent, may not be appropriate for friends. 3. Soundproofing not that great. You can hear people walking in the hallways. 4. Parking is free for hotel guests, but you need to validate your payment card at the reception before every exit, which is extremely annoying. It's probably the one thing that I really don't like about this hotel. Otherwise I probably would have given it 10/10.

The hotel reception staff are very friendly and polite to start with. Room cleanliness is excellent. There are drinking water refill stations at strategic locations along the room corridor on each floor, which are very convenient and good for sustainability-conscious travellers. The hotel overlooks the lush and well-landscaped Permaisuri Lake Gardens, which is a very nice place to have a good work out. Ironing facilities are centralised together with the laundry station on Level 3B, in operation 24/7. There is a 7/11 store on the ground floor which offers good convenience even for late night arrivals. There are also good selections of local restaurants within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Highly recommended for comfortable rests and sleep on work / business trips

In-room ironing facilities are not available, but are offered as centralised facilities (as above). Not an urban central location (if shopping is what you look for), but a good location considering the Permaisuri Lake Gardens and good eating places within walking distances.

The area was quiet and calm its giving the feels living in healthy community which having a park behind the hotel whereas many people doing outdoor activities which encourage other people to join.

The room door is not sound proof where we can hear people talking,walking outside and vice versa. For ironing not really convenient for hotel guest where we need to go to designated area where its located in Level 3A. The hotel should provide an iron and board every each all rooms. As a 4 star hotel, they should provide room slippers and toothbrush as well.

Staffs were very helpful, room is clean with direct access to park.

It is my second stays, I love it.... 1. The environment is great. 2. The front desk staff is very professional, responsive and friendly. 3. The room is super clean and comfortable, although it is not 5 stars rated, however the cleanliness is comparable to 5 stars 4. The lake and part beside is an added value. 5. Variety of healthy foods served.

I was waken up around 6am, by another guest. He/she was pressing the door bell countless time. It is not the responsibility of the hotel, however I am just expressing the feeling of being awaken from a nice sleep. Lighting in the room is dim, can be further improved.

I like the facilities such as the 24-hour gym, laundry(self-service), pool and game room(can be improved in the game room) also, the convenient shop(7eleven)under the hotel, Starbucks, Healthland and etc The parking is free, there's a lake nearby, beautiful scene and you can see the highest building of MY from the pool side. it was quite a relaxing place to stay as you can feel as home.

I didn't like the toiletries/amenities that have to be purchased, as I used to bring my own, but this round, I forgot to bring and get to know can be purchase, the feeling is kind of weird to me as I have never get ask to paid for toothbrush&toothpaste in my previous staycation. Also, just because I didn't put the tag of Do Not Disturb. I got wake up by the housekeeping asking whether we need to service, it's a kind action but I was awake by them. (the reason I didn't put the tag as it keeps falling off from the doorknob whenever we open the door)

I am in love with this hotel. The rooms are minimalistic but cozy with very comfortable beds. There are ample parking space for hotel residents. The area is fantastic! Walking distance to nearby eateries (though walking is not recommended). There are facilities for everyone! There is a self-service launderette, a game room (with arcade machines, ping pong and pool table). The swimming pool is decent and located in an open area. Overall very happy with the stay.

The validation process of parking ticket could be better. One has to head to the lobby for validation. Amenity kit (dental kit, cotton buds etc.) were not provided but are available for a fee.
