Absolute banger , I was in Room 1 and it was worth twice the price. All the basic amenities available , iron board , hangers , sink , hot shower. Most importantly everything was clean for the price. You couldn't ask for any better. Had a good night stay. Anyone coming from a drive should absolutely just stay here since it's nearest before entering KT town. It's also the cheapest and honestly better than the ones in town which are twice the price.

The location might be troublesome but if you have transport then this is the place to be.

Easy to access, only next to the main road & you can park vehicle nearby room. Super spacious even for single room

Housekeeping work can be more detailed; when I entered the room some areas on the floor was dusty and looked like not swept fully. Also the smell from the toilet hole can be unpleasant when you’re in the bathroom. I suspect due to the piping design which lets some smell from septic tank coming back to the bathroom. I also saw some plastic bottles stuck in the toilet pipe. Bathroom walls need some repainting as the paint is peeling away. Bathroom door lock is not in good condition.

Walking distance to Batu Burok beach. Clean, simple, nicely equipped room that is much better than most cheap to intermediate cost rooms. The room was very spacious that it can probably fit one more of the big double bed that was already there.

not sure why there's no qiblat direction label, but having that somewhere in the room would be greatly helpful. the washroom and toilet is quite small compared to the extra spaces in the room and toilet has no lock but it's okay.

Everything. Room, bathroom, staff, location, and overall vibe is very satisfactory for me as a solo traveler. Room is on a ground floor which is easy to access for car/motorcycle. There's a bench outside room for chillout I think is a nice touch. Staff is friendly and polite even though we contact only in Whatsapp. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

Parking lot is quite challenging since the parking space is shared with other neighboring shop lot. Since the hostel layout is basically a conversion from homestay, few rooms a available so need to book early.

I liked the privacy of it. It was also comfortable for a solo travel

The location is next to main road. KT youths like illegal street racing so I'd advise you to bring headphones or earplugs. The place might not be too suitable for those with kids under 5. The toilet for the room I booked is also a squatting one that you have to climb up a step to use, so those with bad knees might not like this

- Superfriendly staff! 🇲🇾🙏 - The room was very clean and comfortable. - The airco was strong. - It's only a 700 m. walk to Batu Buruk Beach. - There are many eateries closeby. Don't miss the stall that sells advocado shakes.

- The only downside was the noisy road, although at night I was able to sleep.

The homestay is unique. The room I chose is not too big but comfortable enough. I’d rated the cleanliness as 4 out of 5. The air conditioner worked well and the room is not hot.

It’s easier to find it if I knew it’s close to Ramly shop because the location given wasn’t accurate. Took me some time to find the location.

Owner is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and well maintained. Will repeat again this same place again.

Should have a bigger awning or shade for motorcycle to park beside the room. The owner offered a parking on the other side of the room but I declined it because it's my habit my motorcycle should parked near my room. The main priority for me is parking space and not the rental fees.

The room was fantastic and the location was pleasant and cosy. The room was also modest and clean, making it ideal for people who only want someplace to stay.

Everything is okay, but the owner could improve the pillows and blankets, hahaha. Maybe they could provide an extra pillow for single rooms because the pillows are a bit flat. But overall, I really love the place and will definitely book again next time I come to Terengganu.

Not sound proof, parking space, lighting not so bright, water heater provided but no cup, toilet flush pressure are too high the water spill everywhere and splash to your feet.
