The room was spacious which could fit another bed. The toiletries included toothbrushes cum tooth paste besides the usual shower and shampoo bottles. Surprising the TV had quite a number of channels (both TV programmes and radio). The internet connection to send messages on Whatsapp was strong from the lobby, the room until the 4th floor. Very useful for whose who want to stay connected.

I was on the 1st floor and could hear the event happening on the 4th floor. There were good TV channels but the internet kept buffering so that spoiled the enjoyment.

Nice overnight Stay at Roxy Hotel. Parking outside hotel. Staff friendly at reception desk. Big room. Comfortable bed. Aircon good. Room clean. Bathroom good size. Ok for overnighter Some ok Eating places outside hotel in shopping/market area.

Wifi was average in my room. Had to sit by door to get connection. Hotel needs to put wifi extenders on each floor and do physical check of each rooms connection. Otherwise everything good

The morning breakfast was great and delightful.I love the coffee and i love the enviroment, i was so rush at the morning couldnt get enough time to pick another food . The food was great,looking fowards for some another time .

Sometimes housekeeping maybe didn't checked enough because there still a bit rubbish on the floor when i came inside the room.I must say if a new client entered a new room there should be clean as possible but overall i've enjoy the stay.

First time staying at this hotel, the room is very big and most importantly, the room is very clean. Very satisfied with the room, all the facilities are there and also comfortable, the atmosphere in the hotel is also quite beautiful and very clean.. the staff are very friendly and never stop smiling. Only the breakfast does not have many choices but the food is bearable and delicious.. will stay here in the future.. a highly recommended hotel

Big spacious family room. Clean and comfortable to stay in. Easy to get parking lot in-front of hotel. Easy access to eateries and supermarket.

Breakfast very simple menu, limited choices. Rooms are not sound proof, quite noisy especially with karaoke on going till midnight during weekends. Not enough clothes hangers, has only 4 clothes hangers in the family room.

Location is at the centre of Serian. Very near to Lepapa Supermarket, just few meters away from the hotel (in front of the hotel). The room is quite spacious, I love this bcs I can move around the room freely. Food for breakfast was quite okay although the choices are limited.

Everything is just fine, except for I hope the staff can stop staring/looking at guest eating their food for breakfast. I feel quite uncomfortable since I love to enjoy a quiet morning while having breakfast.

Everything is ok. Except booking procedure is so complicated. Need to make a better template easy to fill for the booking. . Personal booking n asking for room is frustrated, all the time no room.

Lots of improvement since last time I here, the room clean and the facilities is good. There is a Hypermarket, restaurant, and self-service dobby within walking distance. I totally love it. Thank you

Not enough mirror in the bedroom. The only mirror is in the toilet (for two single bedroom)

Very convenient location, nearby to many eateries and convenient stores. Many parking lots. Spacious room, clean facility and friendly reception staff.

Hanging clothes outside the wardrobe. Wardrobe doesn’t have rails to hang clothes and lack of multiple panels in the wardrobe to keep things tidily.

The room is very big and spacious. I booked tripled person stayed. And the got long side table that you can put all your stuff on top it.

Just to highlight, the pillows case got some stains and abit bad smells
