Rooms were simple but clean. There is allocated parking which is locked behind fences, extra security for the vehicle but also means there is a curfew from 10pm to 7am.

Hot water is free to use at the dispenser in the common corridor, but no flask provided (only a glass carafe provided). Had some problems checking in at first, somehow the front desk staff only saw a single room booked (we booked 3). Staff conversed in Malay although we spoke in English. In the end we got it sorted out, but would have preferred if we were assigned at least to the same floor (3 rooms are on 2 floors and diff corners) TV wasn't working well, picture lags and hangs. WiFi signal nt strong in some of the rooms, the router is in the corridor. Lift is a little small but not a deal breaker.

Just Tv have a bit lagging & freeze screen about 1-2 second consistently.

Location - close to one of my family members Property- well maintained, our room was cleaned, equipped with the necessary amenities. Front desks- very welcoming, friendly personnel The Tea Garden next to the hotel served excellent meals.

Lift is temporarily out of service but it is ok bcz they provide workers to carry our luggage to room

The reception desk staff didn't ask me much, and this I like. There was no need for deposit, this also I like. It's a no frills hotel. You pay, you stay, no unnecessary pretentious BS.

Location is at the far end of the town. Wish it could be a bit cheaper.

I prefer this hotel. It's good strategy place. Got parking lot, downstairs have restaurant. Also few min have grocery store.
