Good and well maintained boutique hotel considering a lot of other new hotel around this area. Front hotel parking is very accommodative but limited spot.(Lucky for us to get one) Balcony for viewing half of the city (towards ujung pasir). Wifi connection is good.

No toothbrush (limited toiletries for 4 person). Next available parking space quite hassle to go through. Need to do a whole turn around bukit cina. I guess no other space available for parking area. Need to cross the road.

The room is comfortable. Staff is really helpful when I report regarding TV that is not working. They change the TV. I thought they will only change the remote battery. Iron and iron board will be sent to room upon request. The room is clean. Basic toiletries except toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. There is car parking available in front of hotel but it's limited but you can park across the street.

The water heater temperature is hard to adjust. Spent quite some time adjusting to preferred temperature

The snacks that were provided were various and cheap. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, accommodating with parking and check-in. The beds were big and comfortable, the price definitely super affordable. And the double AC in the family suite were slay. The mini chair in the room was too cute! The furniture is very lovely and authentic. Lerve!

Lack of swimming pool, parking space is difficult and honestly crossing the road to the parking spot was scary. But regardless, the staff were veryy helpful!

Everything is good! Book for queen bedroom but staf upgrade for free for 1 queen 1 single bedroom! Staff also friendly and good manners! Will definitely stay here again thank you gor your kind hospitality 👍🏻👍🏻

I really liked all of their staffs politeness. It is not easy to find all of staffs are polite. The place are clean and tidy. Really enjoy the stay. The rooms also being maintained well enough. Whole room can be cold in 10mins once yiu've turned the aircond on. The bike parking also provide by the host. Great experience provided by the host.

Areena Deluxe is always my first choice whenever I visit my hometown in Malacca. I have recommended it to my whole family and friends. This trip my brother and his family stayed there too and they had a good experience. ☺️👍 We arrived at the hotel early and the staff was very friendly and let us check in immediately because we needed to get ready to attend a wedding reception. We got 3 rooms and the staff was so thoughtful to put us all on the same floor and our rooms close by. 😘 Even though parking was limited but they always have parking for disabled people. Travelling with an elderly person for me is an essential and it's so convenient to have a parking space right in front of the hotel. As always I love staying here and I highly recommend others to experience it as well.

There was a miscommunication abt the room type I requested for my wheel chair bound father. Couldn’t change as there weren’t disable enough rooms on each floor. Also parking was a problem as allocated disable parking lots were used by people who were not handicapped. Staff should be more attentive to this. The good thing was that the reception staff did help by getting the guest to remove their cars when we returned.

Arenaa Deluxe Hotel is always my first choice. I've stayed here many times and never once disappointed with their services. The staff are friendly, very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends to stay here whenever they visit Melaka and they are also regulars now. The rooms are cozy and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Very convenient and close to restaurants and not far from the town area. I love the view from the balcony 😁.

The hotel is great, clean, good size, view and small balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a couple of Kilometres from the night market but only a small taxi fare. There are plenty of eating places within walking distance.
