Cozy and lovely staff!

I have been staying at the hotel before they changed name. However, the property need to keep up their maintenance. I’ve experienced AC not cooling, my family room had leaking on the AC. Besides, the beds in the room are already sinking, it’s time to change the bed. The pillows are also very old, some are really hard and flat. It’s time to change the condition of beddings.

Spent our mini honeymoon there and it was amazing. It closer to all the locations and the whole place was so calming. The staffs are just so sweet and friendly, they just instantly made my day. I’m someone who’s very picky when it comes to the bathroom and here it was chefs kiss. Especially the shower gel, shampoo & conditioner even the hand wash smelled super good. They also gave rock salt and lime for the bathtub and I loveeeeed that. What I loved the most was the water supply, they provided drinking water in 2 liter glass bottles, and you could take as much as you needed. Loveeeee the dim lights, the interior, the hotel scent, the coffee machine and also the garden/spa area. Literally loved everything. So worth it and I totally recommend.

I wish they didn’t set a timer for the air conditioner cause it kept on turning off after 60mins and it was so annoying for us to turn it back on very one hour. It kinda ruined our sleep too. At least could have provide remote for that. And also wish they had better lighting for the dressing table. Yes I loved the dim lights and not for the dressing table area, cause it was so hard for me to get ready with that lighting. Other than that everything else was perfect.

I think generally it's located in a good place, has a decent restaurant below it at the ground floor and food places are all over the place which is nice.

I have to be critical of a few things here : - toilet needs to be reworked. After showering , around the toilet bowl there will be water which doesn't seep into the drainage, making it a health hazard - despite wanting to go cashless , bad policy of requesting for a physical deposit. They don't accept QR also which is not smart. - I don't like that check out time is so late , covid time has moved on but not ethical. Other hotels are 12pm but here it's around 3 to 4.

The whole place smells so good! (lemongrass). The room layout fits two people with extra spaces for solat and ironing. The bathtub is to die for - it's deep and aesthetically pleasing. TV has Netflix and YouTube. They also have a restaurant and spa (in which I didn't give it a try). Have breakfast spot & burger stall nearby if you wanna eat outside. The location isn't in a busy area, so it's calmly silent during the night. It's ~10-15 minute drive to Bandar Melaka (where all the tourist spots are)

We're not sure if the restaurant is halal certified or not, but it's not a big deal since there are many available outside eateries nearby.

Nice interior design, thought that I’m in Bali. The hotel had a scent that can make people feel relaxing. Very comfortable room and my kid and I like the bath tub the most. I’m so happy to see mama Kim restaurant is attached with the hotel, they serve sauna mee which is my favourite food.

1. No shelter for parking. Car is always exposed under the hot sun. 2. The water pressure of toilet bowl is too low. Very difficult to flush after more than 1 person used. 3. Reception never informed clearly about the breakfast time and operation hours of the restaurant, I almost missed my breakfast and I had paid for it in advance.

Out room near lift, can hear the stuff moving bottle noise at night and also lift up and down sound. The price compare with room facilities and service anre not matching. Even completely renovated but same as previous no much improved but priced increase a lot.

Stayed for one night with my husband. Very relaxing place, even in the middle of a busy area. It’s easy to find food nearby, and there’s a Speedmart and 7-Eleven within walking distance. Parking is also convenient. Felt welcomed here, and we even got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The room and bathroom are very spacious. The lobby is cozy and warm. If you love the dark chocolate, you just need to pay RM2.50 for a new capsule.

I love the smell of lemongrass aromatherapy and tea, but it can be overwhelming. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice smell—it’s just me.

1. For the price I paid, the room was very comfortable. 2. Attached to a massage centre. Had a good massage session 3. Most importantly the toiletries! Everything there was in top notch quality! Will definitely book this hotel again for this! I always bring my own toiletries as the one provided in the hotel usually is the cheapest one and very drying. But here, that’s the best shower, shampoo and conditioner I never had in any other hotel!

1. I saw the review and the photo, there was a coffee machine provided and being coffee person, I wanted to enjoy it before my sleep and in the morning. But unfortunately, it was not available in my room. That’s bit upsetting. 2. The mama kitchen doesn’t provide breakfast, maybe not as early as 10am. They only start operating at 11am. Couldn’t get my quick breakfast before heading to work. That’s another frustrating part.

I stayed at Sojourn for 2 days and 1 night, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The common areas were clean and elegantly designed, adding to the overall charm of the place. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable and hassle-free stay, perfect for a short getaway. I’d definitely recommend Sojourn to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place to relax. Looking forward to visiting again!

The room was very spa-like with the deliberately dimmed lighting and the lemongrass infused aroma. The bathroom was clean with a very inviting bath tub while the bed was out of this world comfy. The hotel also provides a capsule coffee machine which I think adds to the overall classiness of the room. There is also a very good spa attached to the hotel. They provide smart TV in the room so you can log in to your account to watch Netflix, Youtube etc.

The check-out time is at 11am. Considering that the check-in time is 3pm, I would have preferred if the check-out time is at 12pm.
