Swimming pool not clean.

Attic Home opened a group chat prior to check-in. Very friendly and very responsive. Gave detailed instructions on how to get the keys and where to park. 👍🏻👍🏻 There was a slight hiccup on getting the keys but they managed to resolve it quickly and even gave us an hour extra to check-out at no extra cost. Location is no problem as can book Grab easily. There is an open-air carpark in front of the apartment for those driving in with passenger van or cars taller than 2.2m. There is a Zus cafe and 7-11 below the apartment so food is no problem. There is a Mamak shop about 5-10 mins walking distance. For non-muslims, there are a lot of non-halal restaurants & cafes around. If you're lazy, just order via GrabFood. Apartment is very clean. Hubby is very fussy but he was very plased with the state of the apartment. Was given free mineral water, coffee and tea. Utensils are clean. They even use air purifier to clean the apartment. That's a plus for me. 👍🏻 They provide towels, shampoo and body wash. Please bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush, though.

It's pretty quiet at night as the shopping mall is still closed. I just wished that I can request for more pillows. 😅😅

The unit was amazingly clean and in a good condition, all the things you might need are just there. The things are all well maintained, convenient and the location is pretty good! We'd definitely come back if it wasn't for the building

The building itself... I guess the management is doing really poorly. The security isn't good tbh, the elevators were our pain! Out of 5 only 1 worked and with 40 floors that's a disaster, it was taking us 15-20 min on average to get up or downstairs. We've tried to go to the pool once, but it was filled with people all dressed up in their clothes (not swimming attires), which didn't leave the best impression on the management doing their job, again.

Checkin was smooth and owner (The Attic) was friendly and responsive to all my inquiries. The apartment was clean and well decorated and there were amenities provided. There were soo many channel on the tv,YouTube Netflix,astro etc..I think they've used an android box. Most nicest part is the bathroom with bathtub overlooking the sea..the living room also opens to a balcony overlooking the blue sea.Both master bedroom and second bedroom was comfortable and the beds were very comfy!

Sometimes the Internet is intermittent

The room was nice, it had a nice bed, enough for the 3 of us. It had a nice bathroom, with a bathtub. It had a small living room with a tv. Swimming pool was nice.

Bathtub drainage could be better, the water seems to drain very slowly. Sofa could be more cushy and bouncy, the existing sofa felt a bit thin. The TV was a bit slow especially since it was dependent on internet, hence we had to wait sometime for the channel to load. Swimming pool had a bit too much chlorine hence it made our eyes reddish after the swim. Could be controlled. The swimming pool ladder had no steps, hence it was difficult for some people to climb out of the pool.

Everything was very good. The apartment was clean with neat and clean utility items. Everything required for the family was provided. The kitchen was equipped for light cooking. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms had no bad smell. The views from the building were exceptional. We got a sea facing apartment. The building is new..Mall underneath is empty and quiet. But many eatries are coming. So hoping in future it will be lovely as more shops will open. May pubs and restaurants nearby, including a mini mart and 7- eleven at the premises . Check-in check-out was smooth. The host was very helpful and was just a message away.

Basically, none. Just can provide more tissue papers and cleaning clothes to clean the kitchen after cooking.

Cleanliness

The host management was given me a good impression and professionalism at first. But was not happy with the after checkout checking and clarification comments from the host management. The host messaged and commented the following. 1. Informed that their microwave was fine the day we check in but sent video said the microwave was found burned. This is unacceptable clarification checking where there is no checklist prior to check in. But the host management can commented that their microwave was just fine the day we check in. Please do the needful to review your check in and check out procedures. Thank you

The condo unit I rented was great! Its was fully provided and the house was very clean, in fact cleaner than I expected. I liked the location as it is convenient with a car. The lifts are near to the house. My unit is at the end of a long corridor hence it has the necessary privacy and quietness my family desired.

The facilities in the condo is not well maintained. The ceiling of the pool area needs repairs. The gym does not have aircon as well. There was a foul urine smell in the lift lobby of the unit but it was cleaned by the next day.

I like there are 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, of which 2 bathrooms have bath tubs. Staff was efficient and helpful. Master bedroom balcony door was faulty and within half an hour (around 10.30PM), managed to get someone to repair it. Asked for a few more bath mats and within 15 minutes, I received. Good view and there was fireworks on 19 Dec 2024.

The carpark slots are at level 5 and above, thus have to drive all the way up. If property provides tissue paper in the living room, would have been better. Other than that, overall is wonderful and great.

The studio size is sufficient and comfort for one person stay. I have ample space to do office work and pray. Also, the fridge provided is sufficient for me to store my basic need during stay. Washing machine was provided, but I'm not using it since I only book for 2 days stay

Distance to town, and the mall downstair is basically dead. You may need to drive to get food during your stay. Luckily, 7/11 and Zus Coffee is just downstair with some walking required
