Property was a short ride from Dutch corner and Jonker Walk, has great view of the sea, and having the rooftop bar in the same building was a great surprise. Was definitely quiet which is always great with a family after a long day in town. The staff through attic home was great! Very helpful to extend our stay an extra night and was very quick to respond and assist even at 1130 at night!

The mall that the residence is above is struggling and couldn’t even consider it a mall.

Attic Home opened a group chat prior to check-in. Very friendly and very responsive. Gave detailed instructions on how to get the keys and where to park. 👍🏻👍🏻 There was a slight hiccup on getting the keys but they managed to resolve it quickly and even gave us an hour extra to check-out at no extra cost. Location is no problem as can book Grab easily. There is an open-air carpark in front of the apartment for those driving in with passenger van or cars taller than 2.2m. There is a Zus cafe and 7-11 below the apartment so food is no problem. There is a Mamak shop about 5-10 mins walking distance. For non-muslims, there are a lot of non-halal restaurants & cafes around. If you're lazy, just order via GrabFood. Apartment is very clean. Hubby is very fussy but he was very plased with the state of the apartment. Was given free mineral water, coffee and tea. Utensils are clean. They even use air purifier to clean the apartment. That's a plus for me. 👍🏻 They provide towels, shampoo and body wash. Please bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush, though.

It's pretty quiet at night as the shopping mall is still closed. I just wished that I can request for more pillows. 😅😅

We booked a 3-bedroom apartment for 6 of us, and all the rooms were very clean. The funny part is how the bedrooms were configured, which leaves me wondering. The first bedroom was tiny, fitting only a queen-size bed with hardly any space to walk, and no views, just concrete walls and a door. The 2nd bedroom was so spacious that it could fit two queen-size beds with ample walking space, and the en-suite bathroom was huge! And then comes the Master bedroom, tiny with little walk space and the bathroom was small as well. There's a pantry/kitchen which provides all the utensils and cups. Wifi works well.

Provide tissue paper boxes? There was none and we had to use the "mini" toilet rolls" instead. The Elements Mall was completely empty except for a 7-11 around the corner.

The Room we booked were very nice and well equiped. very Nice view of the Straits of Melaka. All the equipment were in good working conditon.

The Set back was the building miantenance are not up to par. No proper control or supervision from the building Maintenance . We noticed the children pool was covered with algae , it's not safe for the kids to play in. The Car park access security door was not working and will allowed outsider to access and come in to all the units above, which is not safe. But it can be improve if the building maintenance group beef it up. Cause during hoilday season alot of family group are staying there and security is one of the area to look into.

Check in process was quite seamless with the instructions given. Place was relatively easy to access with good sea views at the high levels. Apartment was clean and spacious. Fridge, A/C, water heater etc all in good working order.

Had a bit of trouble with the A/C masterswitch (accidentally switched it off but it was not labelled hence we did not realize why the A/C stopped working) - took us a while to figure it out but resolved eventually without needing to contact the staff for assistance. There's also only a small toilet roll provided and one bath towel each (no hand towel) - a small inconvenience

Nice apartment with 2 rooms, 1 with attached bathroom and balcony access and one small room. The living area had access to a balcony which provided a good sea view. Kitchen was big and adequately equipped with big fridge and a microwave.

The common bathroom was small and had 3 cockroaches that appeared at various times through the stay. The common bathroom is slightly small. The 2nd room setup is not suitable for senior citizens. The mattress is on a platform and the edges are relatively sharp so normal Asian height person may have difficulty getting on & off the bed.

The apartment could cater to us, 7 adults with sufficient beds. It was clean and comfortable. The place was quiet which suited us well. There were towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and shower gel provided. The security guard at the entrance was also polite and alert to the people coming and going. It was also convenient to call a Grab car and the drivers seem to know the building well too.

One of the showers did not have hot water. We discovered it late at night so we did not contact the host. So, that left 2 showers for the 7 of us which meant a longer wait. We would appreciate a couple of hand towels and also a place to drain the dishes after we washed them. The one thing that frustrated us was the lift. Only 2 of the lifts (out of 5, I think) were working and they were very slow. In fact, during our stay there, we kept taking this same lift so it seems like only one lift was working.

The house, rooms & washrooms were very clean ☺️ and the owner is also quite friendly. The house accomodated 4 of us comfortably. There were also ample of parking in the 5th floor. All the electrical items were functioning well. Airconds were cold enough. Wifi connection was good as well. Element Mall was just next door, it was so convenient for us to catch a movie night. Overall, it was a great stay & very much worth the money ☺️

Guess the TV’s youtube version was outdated, coz we couldn’t watch anything. But luckily we brought our own android stick, so we managed it.

The unit was amazingly clean and in a good condition, all the things you might need are just there. The things are all well maintained, convenient and the location is pretty good! We'd definitely come back if it wasn't for the building

The building itself... I guess the management is doing really poorly. The security isn't good tbh, the elevators were our pain! Out of 5 only 1 worked and with 40 floors that's a disaster, it was taking us 15-20 min on average to get up or downstairs. We've tried to go to the pool once, but it was filled with people all dressed up in their clothes (not swimming attires), which didn't leave the best impression on the management doing their job, again.
