There is a game machine which the kids liked it very much. Movies selection are good. Beds are comfortable. View is really beautiful. There is also a washing machine available in the kitchen. Location is ideal to move around with car.

The bathroom of the master bedroom needs maintenance. There are missing tiles and one of the glssses is broken. Very dangerous for the kids if they accidentally touch it. The main entrance wooden door could not be locked but after a few arguments with the management, they sent someone to fix it..

Check in procedure was clear and convenient. Staff reacted promptly. Unit has 2 bedrooms and is great for family with 2 kids. Location is around 12 mins to jonker Street. Overall unit is value for money!

Perhaps new set of towels and floor mats will make the stay perfect!

Booked 3 apartments due to size if family travelling. 2 apartments were really good in terms of size and deco, but one was a bit old, and the bathroom was not great. In terms of host response, it was great and prompt. Very responsive. Locations are good as very accessible to all attractions and easy drive to and out. Parking is included, which is great. The view of the apartment is fantastic as it directly oversees the ocean. Overall, I would recommend

One of the apartments is a bit old and dated. And one of kettle is broke no power to it.

Excellent view! Sea view! We got the high floor! The location is also strategic. Zeus Coffee & Element mall with indoor play area downstairs. Near to everywhere that we want to go....Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan, Klebang etc. Afamosa is just about 50 minutes away. Near to a few viral food places that we went to.

The lift! Very slow. 2 were out of service at that time. 2 working lifts but slow....very slow to reach to our level. Have to wait quite a bit.

Everything is amazing. They have 2 in 1 washer dryer everything is complete in the house you need. The view is just beautiful amazing. No noise the whole day. Very peaceful. My family & i love it so much the place. Host was so nice. Instructions to find your way to the carpark & self check in steps are superb. I would love to stay at this amazing apartment again if i come to visit malacca again. Thank you host for the amazing hospitality & and superb place that can call home. ☺️

Only swimming pool water is super cold even i use thermal swimming suit.

The house is so clean and spacious. My Mom and I had 1 bed each for ourself. View ocean. Very quiet. Like it so much. Bathroom ocean view 😍 Definitely going to come again. Pool is great for picture taking (we don’t have time to swim!) 🥲. Guards are so friendly.

The parking quite confusing. TV channel also quite confusing. Appreciate if got instruction on how to use it 😅 Bathroom bidet need to be fixed. Water keep flowing.

I stayed at this property for a short trip and absolutely loved it. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning sea view. Waking up to that view was super awesome and made the whole trip feel extra special. The place matched the photos, and the location was convenient with easy access to food and attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive.

The view from floor 39 was superb. Can't help from taking pictures all the time. This tower just beside 1-Altitude. And another breathtaking view from here other than the beautiful breakfast we had.

Tried to watch tv but no signal since it was drizzling that morning. So we just shut the tv and never try again. But it's okay. It's not an obligation either.

The unit has a great city view. You can enjoy the sunset from the balcony of the unit. It is also considerably clean and comfy. The host is super nice and respond to the request very promptly. The water boiler in the room spoil on the day of arrival and they have replace it immediately.

The elevator of the building need to be fix. (Most review also commented about this issue). Out of 5 elevators, only 3 are functioning. Waiting for the elevator can be quite challenging especially during check out time (10-20 mins). It also clashes with the cleaners that trying to clean the rental units in the building as well. The maintenance of the building is very poor. The wood flooring around the swimming pool are rotten and can be quite dangerous to people. Most of the chairs provided at the swimming pool are also broken. On the unit itself, they can improve on some of the area- for example the toilet (some moss noted and bad smell coming out from it) We also noted some German cockroach roaming around. A regular pest control should be done to avoid this.

I like everything.. the view, the home concept, the host, facilities with reasonable price.

The parking. For me, it's quite complicated and has caused me rm30 due to misunderstanding the designated parking area. Actually, you just have to make sure that you read the given instructions carefully. Exactly follow the instructions. Then you will be alright. One more thing, cleaner to ensure under bed floor is clean. It's worse when i open the sliding door during windy. A lot of rubbish is coming out from the below bed..
