We absolutely enjoyed our one-night stay at Silverscape Residence, Melaka! The unit was spacious and well-equipped, with 3 clean and cozy bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, making it super comfortable for a group or family. The sea view was breathtaking, especially in the morning—definitely a highlight! What stood out was the host’s hospitality. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast, and the host provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy. From parking info to using the facilities, everything was well-guided. The host was also very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions. Location-wise, it’s perfect — close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It’s honestly one of the best stays we’ve had in Melaka, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Great value, amazing view, and excellent service — you won't regret booking this unit!

I loved the layout of the house. Big and spacious... Balcony was the best part of all.. Had a bathtub which I was shock because I didn't realise the room had one when booking. Parking in the building as well as opposite.... Quite satisfied. Somewhere along the roads I found a small kopitiam beside the French Bakery and the food at the stall was so good.

I was informed after booking that there was down payment of Rm200 after you booking... I understand it's all part of "incase you break anything" but this info should be given during booking.... I paid total of Rm400 for the rooms but I got my money back after trip la. Parking was slightly confusing however it's considered safe. There's also parking opposite the hotel but must pay.... The WiFi doesn't work at night time... Only morning which was frustrating. So be prepared. TV also had different movies to watch but like I said at night I couldn't watch anything.

Everything about the house was perfect.. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The house amenities were nicely done, spacious, and comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable, with elegant decor. The beds were comfortable My stay was nothing short of spectacular. The design, combined with its amenities and its amazing views, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location is perfect and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Parking in this building is a bit confusing, only 1 car is allowed to park in the building parking lot, other's must park outside at nearby open area parking with additional charges

Location. Furnitures. Mastrr bath w rain shower head. Cleanliness. Appliances - good with washing machine and even stove!

TV channels weren't working as I expected (not as described in the PDF). It becomes rather boring watching youtube which is not that user friendly with many options. I wish I could enjoy more hanging out in front of the TV. I wish there was some spare mattress with blankets... sometimes it is not worth finding 3 rooms when 2 is enough..

1) really upset about lift condition. Management need to solve lift issues immediately . We need to wait over 43minutes just want to go car park (u can check cctv sumpah i tak tipu okay?) gigih aku bagitau .. from 5 lift, only 2 is only working.. please fix ittt (after i read review guest before dlm google , then baru tahu actually this matter already brought before and dah lameeee but management didnt care at all..

Host Jason was very very proactice, helpful. Instructions given very clear. He even changed the unit for us before we checked in as the original intended unit's a/conditioning was not in good condition. Thanks Jason. Location is good and easy to travel to many interesting places.

The two single beds in the smaller room, a little tight for two adults. Also no window, making the room less comfy. Guess it is the apartment layout, cannot be help.

The unit is spacious with a beautiful sea view, clean, and fully equipped with cooking utensils. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions for self check in.

Only two lifts are operational to serve such a high rise building, so waiting times during peak hours can be quite long.

The location is just nice and away from the year end /new year traffic. I love the view from the balcony. The place were clean, the person we communicated with were kind, considerate and reasonable, not to mention friendly! Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

The stay was too short! Hahahaha! Seriously though, as far as I am concerned, this is value for money.
