Thank you so much for arranging such a wonderful stay! The space exceeded all my expectations – it was clean, tidy, cozy, and had such a welcoming feel to it. I really appreciated the perfect location, right in the heart of the city and so close to the sea. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool on the higher level, where I could relax with an amazing view of the sea and enjoy the refreshing breeze. I felt completely at home, and your hospitality made the experience even more special. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful stay. 1. One small suggestion for future stays would be to consider adding a non-slippery floor mat in the washroom for safety purposes, especially around the wet areas. It would just add an extra layer of comfort and security. 2. The TV channels was not functioning, the overall performance of the TV was not satisfactory, and I had difficulty using it.

This is more like a homestay / airbnb. Fully furnished with washer+dryer, microwave, induction cooker, fridge, TV, fan, aircond and hair dryer. Room is clean with city view, so windy especially when u let the sliding door open

Perhaps you shoud put a towel/mat at the toilet’s door so it can absorb the water as it was slippery. The roller blind inside the toilet was not properly fixed with screw, they only use double sided tape to fix it onto the window

Staff actively engages via Booking chatbox, easy self check in, ample parking space, fast lift services, rooms easy to navigate, spacious studio room for 5 adults, 2 towels provided, fast wifi reception, broad tv options (cable channel or stream online platforms), high water pressure at kitchen & bathroom even at 16th floor, big window + seating area, comfortable bed, great airconditioning, awesome swimming pools but at morning its too windy = really3 cold and the place is nearby to town areas.

Not a dislike but when I checked in to the room, the clothing iron was not provided. Turns out need to be collected from the receptionist area, so need to come down again. It would be nice if receptionist ask the customers in advance upon registration if need to use iron. Other than that, all good !

The location of the room is outside the crowded main city of Melaka (the riverside there), which is my preference as I dislike the traffic congestion and problem in finding parking lots for my accommodation. Imperio Residence met all what I need for. So, it is awesome and I like much for sure :)

Probably the parking fees can be reduced or made it one-off charge for us. It is a bit costly to keep tagging in and out several times. Although there is a one-day pass available for purchase, but I cannot predict whether I will be back-and-forth several times a day in advance.

PROs: 1. Check in was easy and the steps was send thru wasap 2. With such pricing and can get spacious room 3. Basic amenities was given like Fridge, pan, utensils and etc, but didn't use washing machine.

CONs: 1. Parking need to pay 2. Inside room can hear people talking and walking on the doorway 3. Some walls have paints falling out Improvements: 1. Can maybe prepare mop as well, as sometimes felt the floor a bit sticky (since u had prepare broom) Just my personal opinion, water from the swimming pool was way too cold (especially not a sunny day) and as the cross wind flow from the building design. It's super cold to swim, so need to swim on sunny day 😊

The room condition was quiet & comfortable for couple. sufficient facility for short stay

The sofa was in bad condition, the sofa seating cushion was totally out, you seat on the soft wood frame, owner should repair or restore the sofa to maintain the condition. The reception location was bit weir, to return the key have to drive car out of the building and made an big turn from the main road and back to building and to hand over the key, they should consider to have a key return desk set up at 6th floor to ease the customer to return key and drive out easily.
