Price is good. The staff was really responsive. If can upgrade the swimming pool for adult, it would be amazing.

The basement parking lot was a bit scary and dirty with alcohol bottle here and there.

I was surprised by how committed the technical staff at the hotel was. Here at the hotel, our TV wasn't working. I am one who usually never bothered if the TVs in our room works or not. But since wife and kids prefer a working TV, I reported to the reception before we went out for dinner. I told the reception, they could enter our room while we were gone (since we didn't leave any precious valuables in the room). Surprisingly, the technical staff refused to enter while we were gone. When we came back, there he was waiting in front of our room. I felt so guilty for making him wait. Not only that, when he failed to repair, he brought out the broken TV and replaced with a working one. Kudos to his commitment 👏👏👏 The hotel should praise this staff for his honest and great job done. I'm sorry I forgot his name. But the technical staff is an Indian guy.

It's not really about what I / we didn't like. But more of the hotel location that some people may find it unappealing. The front and back of the hotel face housing areas. We slept here on the new year's eve 2022. The surrounding areas were filled with sights and sounds of fireworks, which for us, were great, since we got to experience them for free 😉😘😁😎🤩

The pillow and the blanket is clean

The receptionist at night sec when I check in on 1/9/23 gave 1 note 20rm that already tear also a plaster on it and cannot used but they they still gave it to me when I check out on 3 Sept.

. Kids swimming pool Bigger room In room facilties are perfect.. Most like 4/5 star hotel... Keep it up..

Hotel building looks dirty.. Paint it new....for more attractive. More clean up in toilet.
