Welcoming staff, clean comfortable room (a/c, great shower, large beds and good pillows) lovely rooftop pool which is nicer than the photos and excellent food. Highly recommend. PS.Also, a handy launderette is in the parade of shops by the hotel.

It wasn't a problem, but hotel is a little drive from Cenang Beach (6km) but a pleasant Grab ride (12-15MR)

Excellent hotel near Langkawi airport. I had an early morning departure hence I chose. Very hygienic, comfy bed and great bathroom. The overall experience was excellent. Good spread of breakfast. Very kind staff who are eager to help. I rented a scooter for a day. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

perfect location for airport only few mins drive. Lovely pool at the roof top , friendly staff , very clean , nice towels, and comfy beds and linen. there are a few shops just outside hotel, a 7-11, guardian pharmacy and the best thing was a great italian restaurant called Gallo Nero - a must try. great food, great service and the owner Lorenzo was really friendly and warm and gave us local information . highly recommended!

The room is big and clean. The location isn't a surprise. It is exactly what we expected. Far from Cenang, but near to the cable cars and seven wells Waterfall. There are good restaurants around, a bis supermarket and a laundry. It was better than a normal 3-star hotel standard. The view from the rooftop pool was amazing.

AC was broken in the restaurant, which made it very unpleasant to have a meal there. The hand soap dispenser was disgusting. I avoided using it. Rest of the toiletries were ok though.

Our staycation really goes well with the best hospitality. Spotlessly clean, modern, delicious breakfast and lovely staff. Promptly response when we need clarification. Will come again. I miss the room. Junior smith suite. Really awesome even if it's small. Next vacation, I will book for the family studio.

The staff is unbelievably friendly, accommodating and helpful! We came here before booking a room to ask if it's possible to have a look at one of the rooms to check if it looks like the pictures online. It was no problem and so we booked the hotel afterwards. Room was very clean, housekeeping is doing a very good job. Bed super comfortable, two different pillows. Perfect! Roof terrace with pool was cosy and just perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is always included and with different dishes every day. We rented a scooter to explore the island. You can do that directly at the reception, they have a direct contact to call. Within a few minutes we had our scooter and helmets. The location is quiet but perfect to get everywhere on the island within 30 minutes. Supermarkets, food courts and night market just around the corner. It was perfect for us and we extended our stay for another four nights. Booking directly through the reception was cheaper than booking.com. On our last day they offered us a shuttle service to the airport free of charge. We can highly recommend this hotel and would always come back!

Everything. Worth every penny 😍. Booked Artist King room for 3D2N. Alhamdulillah we had a wonderful stay here. Had dinner at The Absolut restaurant and the food is nice. Langkawi Fried Rice and Fettuccine Carbonara are delicious. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Even arriving late for the breakfast, they still gave us chance to enjoy our breakfast. Moreover, the location is very strategic. Has nearby convenient stores, Pizza hut, KFC and self service laundry. Thanks all 😘

Perhaps can further improve by providing gymnasium and laundry bag for the guest’s daily convenient.

Very clean with helpful staff. Great pool area. The most wonderful hot water & water pressure shower 24/7! Lovely breakfast with loads of choice to suit all. Lovely food court a short walk away called Medan Niaga Padang Matsirat. Food was incredible at very reasonable price.

Poor lighting in toilet & shower areas. Bedside lamp bulb and fridge not working but replaced immediately. Dimly lit making reading in the evenings difficult. Air conditioning temperature not working but found a dry ambient setting that worked for us. Waitresses at breakfast could have been more helpful.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, a 20 min drive away from Cenang beach and 20 min drive away from the Skybridge. I booked a single room which I feel had the right size. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good.

Generally the property is not as shown in the pictures. It needs renovation : the carpets, the bathroom door and shower tiles, the pool area, the curtains. There was white paint on the curtains in my room, I changed the large towel as it was worn out and there were minor dark stains on my bed sheets.

We got way more than we expected. Comfortable room, bed and pillows. Sound proof windows therefore we couldn't hear the traffic from the road below. Additional bonus of bathrobes and slippers. Excellent swimming pool and facilities. The food in the restaurant was superb with a choice of Asian or Mediterranean on the menu. Breakfast was in abundance and to my husband's surprise I was eating noodles, soup and curry! Of course the cooked breakfast of eggs, sausage etc. and continental was also available. Vera and her colleagues thoroughly looked after us in the dining room, notwithstanding the staff at reception and the swimming pool were always checking that we had everything we needed. Very professional and friendly staff. Thank you ao much for a excellent stay.
