Facilities superb. Highly recommended and location strategic and near to KTM. Superb.

The location of the hotel was vey strategic. Has many shops, banks, and everything was very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfy. Very spacious, large bed.

The only problem with this location will be the parking. As they dont have any specific parking for the customers. And it's difficult to find parking at night.

Very surprising! Looks like old hotel but inside has been refurbished to current standard. The interior was bright and cheerful. Even got lift! Wheelchair friendly 👍 our room has own iron and iron board. The shower was classy

Everything was just fine. The facilities, interior design and location is great . Suitable for business or solo travelers going north or south peninsula Malaysia

The cleanliness of the hotel room need to be improved. I got two pieces of pillows with watermark on it. It's disgusting. Please change it or wash it properly. Even the pillow it's not comfy enough.

It was close to the town centre. Family mart and CU mart were within walking distance. Mydin mall was 10 minutes away.

Parking was really hard to get as the hotel shared a building with a 24 hour clinic.

The cleaning staff (guy) wasn't friendly. I don't know what his problems are. Very hard to smile. He also jump in the lift before letting us exit. No manner

The property is furnish well. Even the hotel has Qiblat direction although it is not owned by muslim. Very nice gesture.

Lighting in room is quite dimmed..mybe can put some white light for better lighting

the staff is friendly, and the room is in good condition.
