I got a free upgrade to a premium room since it was my first stay, such a nice surprise! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious with everything I needed. Breakfast was exceptional. Great location too, with a 24-hour supermarket and Family Mart nearby for late-night snacks.

Nothing to complain about, but I do hope they add a room option with a bathtub in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and well-designed, making it easy to relax and unwind. A highlight was the chill bedside sofa—perfect for lounging with a book or just enjoying the scenery. The breakfast was a delightful surprise—so many delicious choices, and everything tasted fresh and high-quality. Overall, a fantastic experience—great comfort, amazing views, and top-notch service. Would definitely stay here again 😄

Proximity to a 24 hour grocery was a nice perk, and the views from the higher floors were nice. The staff was extra pleasant and accommodating.

I had a truly amazing and memorable stay. The room was clean and cozy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary decoration for my birthday. It added such a heartwarming touch to my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of dishes. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary cake — it was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. It made my celebration extra special, and I’m so grateful for the effort your team put into making it perfect. The staff were outstanding — warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive. Thank you so much for the exceptional hospitality. The only small drawback was the TV entertainment. Many of the channels had repeated content, and the overall selection felt a bit limited. Having more variety — including international channels, movie options, or even access to streaming platforms like Netflix — would definitely enhance the in-room experience.

It’s new and clean. Good space in the room. Connected to a mall with 24hr supermarket. Toiletries are of good quality. There’s an excellent restaurant called Mini Tanker in the mall , we had one of our best meals there.

The 2 double beds in the twin room is probably super single, not queen size. There’s some smell from the bed linen which the housekeeping promptly change for us. It could be linen or pillow that are not completely dried but I’m not sure. Staff not completely sure of the room facing. Located in a residential area, not so near city centre.

Pros: - Very spacious rooms and toilets, comfortable beds - Super clean rooms, the counter tops were pretty spotless, with hardly any dust (yep I checked) - Friendly staff - Breakfast had a good spread for a good price - Plenty of safe, covered parking available, at only RM8 per stay - Connected to a small mall so you can get emergency amenities/food if needed

Cons: - At breakfast, some staff seem quite overwhelmed/confused during peak hours, and some food took quite a long time to be refilled, and some staff forgot the orders we made - TV had very limited channels, and cannot be mirrored to our phones, so we cannot play our own channels. (It's 2024, I don't know why so many hotels are skimping on smart TVs) - TV remote wasn't working, but it was promptly fixed by the technician upon calling front desk - Location wise: Decent if you're driving but no direct access to public transport for those who aren't driving

Clean, reliable. Great staff who were attentive to finer details. They were trained to handle disabled. Their facility itself is very well equipped for the disabled. They were attentive to the finer details, offered to reimburse parking costs and complementary breakfast at the cost of a regular room on noticing that we were traveling with a disabled person.

The facility is one of the better designed place for disabled but can be improved. More can be done. I'm still impressed in comparison to other hotels in Malaysia.

We loved the rooms and the service. Every staff member was kind and considerate to our family. Our rooms were always clean and we were very impressed with the food at the buffet breakfast and dinner.

This was our first trip to KL so we weren't familiar with the location. We felt like we were away from the city but were happy to catch Grabs to explore the City.

Staff were attentive and helpful. From the receptionists, guards, to the housekeeping service, right to the morning breakfasts service, the staff were all amazing. The room is clean and comfortable, the amenities were great. Morning breakfasts service and spread were excellent. It was a nice and very good stay in this hotel.

If you're looking to escape the city jams in KL and still keep within driving distances to the city centre, this hotel will be ideal! We had a lovely stay; room and shower were spotlessly clean and we loved the comfy bed and pillows to snooze into! A perfect place to retreat after a long drive from SG! Check in and out was easy and the persons attending to us were super friendly!
