The location was great as it was located near to most of the tourist attractions in Sandakan. The staff were really friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for those who wants to stay at Bandar Indah when travelling to Sandakan. Have had a pleasant experience staying here during my 3 days 2 nights Sandakan Trip.

The only problem that I faced when I was staying was that the water in the toilet drained very slow, causing minor water stagnant problem. However, it didn't affect my experience staying here.

Very nice and helpful staff at the reception desk, good location and very good value for money.

The walls are thin and our neighbors kept us awake from 4am nonstop till about 8am when they finally left

Nice staff, good location, several good restaurants for dinner and shops for buying small items around.

It's sad there's no breakfast option in the hotel. Also other residents were walking around the corridors at night, talking loudly and smoking, and the smoke would get into our room (such things like this should be monitored and disciplined by the staff).

far from the city, was difficult to catch a Grab, so went to the few restaurants nearby. like many bathrooms in MY, nothings stops the water from going everywhere
