The property is ideal for a leisurely holiday. Its serene and calm surroundings make it a delightful place to stay. Conveniently, there’s a grocery store and a paid laundry service within 100 meters. What impressed me the most was the owner’s quick response and excellent service. You can enjoy views of the paddy fields and hills from the room, with clouds forming a soothing backdrop. Another advantage is the parking right in front of the room. Tanjung Rhue beach is just around 1 km away if you want to relax. And if you’re up for exploring, Kilim Geo Forest is only a few kilometers from the property. Free water refill facility and free coffee are other freebies from the property.

The swimming pool is not so deep but it's okay for the kids and ladies who are afraid of depth.

We love everything! (1) Peaceful and silence. (2) Nice view (paddy field and mountain). Guesthouse got a swimming pool, too! (3) Room always clean. The staff cleaned the room every day! Thank you so much. (4) The room has a water keetle, cups, complimentary 3 in 1 drinks, a mini fridge, TV, AC, a water heater shower, and the room size is big! (5) Strategic location if you have a transportation example scooter. This guesthouse nearby Hotspring Saltwater Pond, Tanjung Rhu beach, Skull Sand Beach, Black Sand Beach, Datai Beach, Mangrove Tanjung Rhu, Kubang Badak Geopark, Kilim Geopark, Durian Perangin Waterfall, Gunung Raya (Mount of Raya), Skytrex Langkawi, Langkawi Xtreme Park, Langkawi Craft Complex, Mahsuri Tomb and Crocodile Park. (6) Also, it is easy to find super cheap food! It's cheaper than Chenang Area! (7) The hotel nearby laundry 24 hours and convenient stores. You just need to make an effort to explore the local business here. Not all information can be found or mentioned in Google. So please be friendly, humble, and explore. People around here (Ayer Hangat) are extremely resourceful, polite, and kind. Depend on your manners, too. (8) We feel grateful that our experience in Langkawi is extremely good. We are looking forward to coming back and will definitely choose this guesthouse again.

My family loved the experience on the island, and it was because of this place. Housekeeping is on point, nice clean towel and room everyday before you get back, the pool is clean and cozy and the rooms are perfect for a family to share. The host, Hakim, is really generous and is responsive via WhatsApp but never intrusive with anything. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants close by as well. Lovely Tanjhung Rhu beach is close by, so are waterfalls and the mangrove tour. If you like to be on the quieter side of the island, this will be a perfect spot.

Great little pool - clean & not at all busy. Pleasant rooms in a well-maintained motel-style accommodation with views over paddy fields : a bucolic Malaysian countryside scene! Next door to excellent Combat Cafe which does a great lunch.

The motel is a little out of the way. We took Grabs everywhere so it wasn’t a problem, but you would need a car or moped otherwise to get about.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Place is clean and well taken care of. It's maybe not the most modern hotel but you can tell that its well maintained and the price was really good. Laundry place and very good food near by. The view from my room was beautiful. There is also an iron available :)

Friendly staff, good swimming pool, comfortable bed, nice view and amazing price - quality. You can hire a scooter for only RM 30/35 per day (depending on how many days you want to rent) at the guesthouse.

Don't expect a luxury stay, that's also not what you pay for. You can expect a nice bed (soft for asian standards!), a hot shower and a good pool.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The rooms were spacious with 2 double beds and aircon. The shower pressure was good and the water was hot. Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful - they helped us when our flight was delayed and when we were struggling to get a taxi to the airport in time for our flight. There is a well-stocked kitchen where you can heat up and prepare food. It is away from the classic tourist spots but close to a lovely beach and the Friday markets and they gave us high quality scooter rental for a really good price. There is also a pool which has some chairs around which is nice to cool off. There is a nice view over fields with lots of nature. There is some construction across the field but it did not disrupt us at all. 10/10 - we loved our stay here and would recommend it

- We rented a whole apartment to better accomodate our group of 6. As promised, there were 3 double beds and a single bed, enough to fit 7 people at least. Double bed was very spacious and could even fit 4 of us (we tried for the fun of it) - Staff were very friendly and did their best to fulfil our requests. Just bring up any problems or requests to them, and they'll get it done asap if it's possible. They also cleaned everyday and kept everything neat and clean. - Facilities are as promised: Wifi, Aircon, Fan, Swimming Pool, Bidet, Microwave, Fridge, etc. There's also a water dispenser for hot and cold water, and an electric kettle if you prefer that. Also has a tap outside the apartment for you to wash sand off your feet/shoes before stepping into the house. Plus there's a designated parking slot for each apartment - Location is quiet and peaceful, and has small shops nearby to buy anything else you might need. Also has a laundromat within walking distance for washing clothes. I also liked waking up to the sound of chirping birds in the morning, which is a plus :) - House does get hot and stuffy, but it's fine once you open doors/windows to air out the house a bit. Fans in the common area, and aircon in the room, so the heat isn't unbearable. Aircon is quite cold too - Has a back door which leads to a rack for you to hang wet clothes to dry. - Overall enjoyed our stay so much, that we decided to extend by one more day! :) Walk-In price is not far off from Booking price

- Bidet pressure could've been stronger, but workable - Some items were damaged/not working, but staff quickly fixed/replaced them once notified of it. (Drawer handle wasn't really fixable or replaceable, but not a big deal since we didn't even use that drawer much) - There was some stain on the blanket, though you can tell it's already been cleaned (probably those kind of stains that can't be removed even after washing, so can't blame them). I personally didn't mind it, but might be a good idea to replace it for future guests though

Lovely staff, good-sized clean rooms, sparkling pool, pretty view over the rice paddy fields and mountains, and close to supermarkets, warungs and beautiful natural attractions. We were able to walk to the Friday night markets, which had the most amazing array of local food, and were also able to rent a scooter from the hotel at a very good price. We would definitely stay again.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable (they were like a firm egg carton foam) but we folded our towels over them and slept perfectly fine. The beds were extremely comfortable.

A great little motel, good value for money. The triple room was spacious enough and had a brand new mini fridge and standing fan. Air con worked well and was quiet. Bed was comfy and shower was good. The view outside overlooking the fields is wonderful. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The location is great! Walking distance to the Friday night market. Plenty of eateries and food stalls around. The cafe next door (Route 112 does great food - the fried chicken is superb). There are many beaches close by but you probably need to rent a moped which the motel can organise for you. There was a very sweet cat that visited us every night. The staff were excellent. All in all, a very good experience.

It was great having the pool for a cooling swim. However, there are no Sun loungers and there is little to no shade.
