We loved the infinity pool! Very good breakfast, comfy bed and clean room. The staff was very attentive amd friendly. We loved the peace and quiet and food was delicious and well priced as well!

We did some laundry one day, I washed a brand new top. On the day of departure I wore that top and noticed it had black marks all over. Upon check out I kindly let the gentleman in the reception know about the ruined top and said that in my opinion, it would be reasonable for me not to pay for the washing of that top. The gentleman in the reception said there's nothing he could do and that I should have told them earlier - which obviously I would have done if I had used the top and noticed the black marks. He wasn't apologetic or friendly. For future reference, it leaves the customer more satisfied to apologise and give compensation, rather than accuse them of the mistake your hotel staff made.

Location wise was good only due to not enough staff, check in was very slow. Waited for 30 mins before our turn. Sunset cruise was superb. Nice welcoming food and dinner served. Love thr ambiance of the hotel. Very private. Good for leisure with kids. Breakfast was delicious and good varieties.

Toilet separated with shower area, uncarpeted room. Lift only 1 working which is very very far from room.

Staff was amazing . Management did everything to make our stay comfortable. We loved Teresa front office manager she was like a mum to us and looked out for kids . Bar with infinity pool with bar is awesome we had dinner and drinks there every night while kids we’re swimming . Live band every night was lovely . We loved the all the boys who helped us in many ways . Specially islander from food and beverage and roseley . General manger Jamina was a lovely lady too .

Was dirty . Needs lot of cleaning to bring the standards up . 15 years ago this resort was awesome and now it has gone down the hill . They need to really uplift the property and do lot of maintenance. Infinity pool had broken tiles and my kids got hurt . Also need lots of western food on the menu as food choice was very poor . We ended up mostly every night with spaghetti bolognaise. And the quality of the food and drinks vary every night . They really need to set standards with food . It is sad how the management don’t utilise the property in its full potential . Staff need to step up and learn English so they can communicate with foreigners and understand their needs. Lot to improve but we will stay here any day :) we felt home .

Great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool where you want to hang on all day. It's a bit outdated, definitely not the luxury resort but the price is not luxury too. The restaurants in here are quite medium. Staff very friendly.

The karaoke/live music nights from 8pm to midnight, 6 days a week. Even If you don't like it you don't have a choice. So loudly that we had to keep away from bar/restaurant and pool area.

Wonderful experience from check in to check out. My seaview room had a view to die for, so calming picturesque view. Loved the breakfast as well as dinner we had at the restaurant for 4 nights. The band that played every day is so good. We enjoyed their music as well as their friendliness, including the guests in the music. The best part of our stay? - the AMAZING STAFF. Every single one of them was so polite, friendly and helpful. I could see that they were like one big family. We really miss them. The boat for dinner cruise, as well as island hopping is at the hotel's doorstep.

I think the bathrooms need an upgrade.

One thing I really don’t understand is why there are so many negative reviews. Yes, the hotel is not brand new, but it’s extremely clean, well-kept, and the beds are large, comfortable, and spotless. I genuinely had a great rest here and felt very comfortable during my stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Its location is absolutely stunning — right on the oceanfront, with views of yachts and a peaceful marina. It’s a quiet, serene place, perfect for relaxing and recharging. I had a room with a sea view, and every morning and evening I enjoyed the breathtaking scenery of the ocean and nearby beaches. It was truly magical and one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast really surprised me — in a good way! There were four different cuisines to choose from: Malaysian, European, Indian, and Chinese, plus a buffet. For a small additional fee (around 45 MYR), you can enjoy a rich, delicious breakfast. I especially loved the meat dishes — the beef sausages and goulash were absolutely delicious. The local pastries were also fresh and tasty. Even though the coffee was from a machine, it was surprisingly good! In the evenings, the hotel offers live entertainment. One night, I even found myself dancing to my favorite songs being performed live — the atmosphere was so joyful and fun. The staff deserves a special mention. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Since I speak Indonesian (which is quite similar to Malay), it was very easy to communicate, and I truly felt at home thanks to their warmth and hospitality. There’s also a fantastic infinity pool where I spent a lot of time, and a great restaurant that stays open late. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside retreat with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The overall resort is superb, with its stunning infinity pool stealing the show as the main attraction. The on-site restaurants and facilities were exceptional, catering to all our needs effortlessly. My family and I truly loved every moment of our stay, and we can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

While Resorts World Langkawi boasts a superb location and impressive facilities, the room service was unfortunately below average. We had to repeatedly remind staff to change towels and refill water, which was frustrating and disappointing. For a resort of this caliber, such lapses in service are unacceptable and detract from the overall experience. It’s a shame because the potential for an outstanding stay is there, but the service needs significant improvement to match the expectations of its guests.

My stay at Resorts World Langkawi was nothing short of spectacular! Located on the pristine shores of Pantai Tengah, this resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and adventure. Breathtaking Location! Waking up to stunning ocean views and lush greenery was a dream. The private beach is serene, with soft white sand and crystal-clear waters. Our Spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean room had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the Andaman Sea. The modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable. We loved the infinity pool and water sports options. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.

I will definitely be staying here again. The sunrise view from the room was spectacular, you can spend some quality time in Balcony at night with bottle of beers, Gentle sea breeze and sound of waves breaking in at the pier. The infinity pool is one of a kind masterpiece. They have one of the best SPA in Langkawi. The food was equally good. Very clean environment and professional behavior from the staff.
