Beautiful villas, amazing food and service was excellent.

WiFi is awful (incredibly slow and cuts in and out) which for someone like me is actually a big issue. This needs upgrading ASAP as I have stayed in many other Maldives resorts and they do not have this issue.

Staff were excellent, could not do enough to help make your stay special. The water villas were incredible, huge bedroom with separate dressing area and bathroom, the small terrace with sunbeds and a hammock surrounded by the perfect blue sea was amazing. The food was also very good for an all inclusive resort. The buffet had a great selection, including fresh sushi and sashimi for lunch. There were various restaurants for dinner (buffet, Indian, Chinese, underwater) all of which offered very high quality food. Drinks selection was also great.

Honestly can't think of anything that could have been improved! By far the best resort we have been to in the Maldives. We had an incredible stay and can't wait to return.

Everything. The villa with water view was beautiful. The food was incredible and varied! I especially enjoyed the lomu Maldivian restaurant, Chinese and the big gala dinner. Staff are so friendly and attentive, they’ll do anything for you. Cocktails on the beach are amazing. The back massage in the spa was super relaxing. The sunset cruise was brilliant and we saw a load of dolphins. Our stay was truly wonderful.

Nothing. The boat trip from the airport was very rough however I guess that’s down to the choppy conditions.

Honestly, I like everything about the resort. Its family resort makes you feel like you are in your own home .. The size of the water villa was perfect. We could do some snorkelling there.. Our agent, Mr Asif, helped us in planning our staying from zero to hero, and he was really helpful.. the underwater restaurant was really delicious and the staff were really nice .. The tradition restaurant was delicious as well.. the main restaurant the palm was really good and the staff were really nice.they have a Maldivian restaurant called Nobu it was really delicious and thanks to Mr Hakem for giving us the opportunity to try the food .. the Snorkeling and Sunset fishing activities were included in the package.

The spa prices are a little bit high.. The inclusive package includes all alcoholic drinks in bars and villas, and for Muslims and non drinkers, it's wast, so they should figure out an alternative for that to really satisfy all the costumers

Our experience was unforgettable! 4 night stay in water villa and bean villa with a pool. Our butler was Mira, excellent and smart. She was one reason why we enjoyed so much. She planned everything for us and helped us with any information we required quickly and efficiently! She will always Show us with a smile even at the end of the day The food was the best I have ever tasted! Varied and fresh you will find all type of food and if you are like me, you will enjoy discovering different taste and cousins that is excellent in taste. Special thanks to the manger of the restaurant Mr. Shiam for his kindness. He is a very modest man and very sociable and helpful. He made sure that we have the best service and experience! Mr. Subject, the manger of the palm restaurant was excellent and made sure that everyone is enjoying the food they like. Also the chef behind the scene Mr. Varun! The secret of the success of the food and its taste. Many special thanks for every person we met and served us. We felt bonded with them like a family! All waitresses and waiters. I won't forget my experience in the spa! I even slept in both session . The Thai woman in the spa was so nice and helped us indulge in the experience! This place must definitely be visited again!

The journey back to the airport was scary for us. I wish that they slowed down because we are not used to riding the boat in an occean

🐬We came to Ozen Life to celebrate my father's birthday as well as Chinese New Year. 🐍 Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly. Mr. Forty was our Butler. He made everything easy for us and arranged heartwarming surprises for my dad. Best Butler ever! There were a few bars and restaurants on the island. Our favorite was Peking Chinese restaurant. Chef Zhou made delicious authentic Chinese food for us. It was so good, we went back the next night. Chef Zhou took the time to recommend different dishes. He also shared a lot of valuable insights about life in the Maldives. He was kind, humble, and needless to say, a fantastic chef! I've lived on 4 continents. Chef Zhou's Chinese food was definitely top notch world class. 🤤 Mr. Munnu from the Indian restaurant knew we liked lentil soup, so he made sure to bring us some even when it wasn't on display at the buffet, so thoughtful of him. Yummy! Nita, Siri, Ahil and other restaurant staff were so good to us. We remembered Nita, Siri and Ahil specifically because they had gorgeous smiles. Sheshkanta kept our room spotlessly clean and restocked whatever we needed everyday. He was always so energetic and jolly when we met him. He was also a wonderful artist. GM Elizabeth kindly helped my mum when my mum fell. She also wrote a sweet farewell card and came to see us off at the jetty. Our favorite activity was the sunset cruise, mainly because we got really lucky and saw pods of spinner dolphins. I've been to the Maldives before. My days in Ozen Life were truly special. We would be delighted to revisit in the future.

There wasn't much entertainment.

Great facilities. Its older than the other resorts weve visited but most well thought out resort to make the best experience for the guests

We were in over-water villa. It was amazing. Food in restaurants was delicious. Wine was very good. Schnorcheling was wonderful. Beaches was clean. We had very good massages. Morning yoga woke up us. Fitness is well equipped. The best was trip "Swimming with sharks". We love this resort.

Transport from Island to airport was too erly. We waste 3 hours on airport. It was not comfortable for us.

Why only 5* ??? Im not a person who writes reviews, but about this resort Im obligated to do so ! This place is simply AMAZING !!! The infrastructure, the staff, the food, the service, the cleanliness everything here is on the highest level ! From the 1st minute at the airport until the final second of our departure! Exceptional!!! We were traveling with family (twin boys 4 years old). Booked to stay for 6 nights in a beach villa without a pool (because of the young kids). Our villa was perfect, big and comfortable. The beach is WOW and 20 steps from the villas veranda. Twice, even 3 times per day the staff was cleaning the villa and refilling the mini bar. They were even taking care of our kids toys (!!) The all inclusive here is on another lever ! Big variety of quality and very good food (from steaks to sashimi , lobsters , prawns fish etc), big variety of all kind of really good wines, cocktails, ice creams, snacks , anything you want ,any time. All restaurants here are amazing! The M6M (WOW!!!!!!), the Palm, the Chinese,the Indian! So many activities, from fishing to dolphin watching to outside barbecue and cocktail parties. The spa is perfect ! The kids club is wow- kids been there 2 times(the second time they were just asking to go by their selves). But the number one here is the staff!!! We travel a lot , in many places around the world. The service in Ozen life is something else. I have never ever experienced this kind of professionalism! The staff is so friendly and at the same time so professional. They make you feel “at home” from the first moment. Everybody here love their job you can clearly see it and feel it ! I was really amazed! So helpful, so kind. Everybody ! I could write and write for hours about our experience here, really! This place is TOTALLY 1000% RECOMMENDED!! We left with the best memories from Ozen life and we are already planning out next visit here in 6 months! Thank you Blue, Ali, Faith and all the staff !

Outstanding hotel with high quality service. Absolutely stunning vacation for our family. Restaurants, room quality and hotel facilities - everything was on a high level. Special thanks to our butler Thaabish, who made our family vacation simply perfect. The way how he’s organized everything, booked restaurants in advance, snorkeling, movie night. Overall experience 10/10 ❤️
