We returned to this hotel because the first time we went these, we enjoyed ourselves and liked it. Hotel is clean and in a good easy to find location (1st time best use google maps). Room was spacious and it had the A/C on upon arrival which made our check in very pleasant coming from the outside blistering heat. Continental Breakfast was varied and items were fresh.

This time round the only two things i would like to remark about are 1) The reception was never manned throughout the day and therefore if we needed to clarify or raise a query we had to do so via WhatsApp. Even though replies were fast and efficient i think the human element of greeting or of having a face to face discussion is important especially for the older generation who are not IT savvy. 2) the breakfast was good but the sausages and baked beans were never warm. At one point we had to ask to re-heat the items.

The hotel is very modern, clean and functional. It is easy to check in online. The breakfast was delicious. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cosy and modern. The bathrooms are spacious and the towels are fluffy and nice. Great mattress comfort.

The doors are not very sound proof and I was woken up in the night by sound made by other guests somewhere in the hotel. Whilst the idea of paying by a link sent through WhatsApp seems like a good idea, there were issues with whether it went through or not.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the facilities were excellent, and everything was spotless. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. It was great value for money, and ideal for a relaxing stay with my partner and family. Despite one minor issue with our rooms not being close together, everything else more than made up for it.

The only downside was that our request for rooms to be close together wasn’t fulfilled, which was a bit disappointing since we were traveling as a family. Also, while the room was generally comfortable, it could have been a little quieter at times.

the hotel needs a non alcoholic bar and a coffeehouse the roof top pool is abit misleading otherwise would have booked a room with a pool the hotel is in two buildings only one building has a very small roof top pool

This hotel offers all the good things one would look for when on holiday. It is comfortable, modern, attractive, clean, and in a very good location. The breakfast is very good, offering a very tempting variety of warm, cold, savoury, and sweet items. The staff, at breakfast, reception, and in other hotel services, are so gentile and professional and gave us outstanding service and help at all times. It is also a pet friendly hotel, and this obviously tops all the benefits because it gives us the possibility of enjoying a holiday in Gozo. Obviously, it is up to us as clients to have well behaved both children and pets so that we can all enjoy our stay. Thank you so much Miriam and all the reception people as well as the lovely lady who served us at breakfast. Their excellent services are truly appreciated!

Hotel is close to the amazing Ramla Beach and Calypso Cave which makes location great. It has local architecture and doesn't stand out, but it is modern inside with all that you need. Everything is done online and with passwords. First impression is the nice smell of a nicely decorated room, with very comfortable bed. Bathroom is nice, clean and spacious. Unlike most of the hotels that have only a few channels, hotel made small but nice investment with some streaming sites. Breakfast was very nice. Gozo isn't cheap when it comes to hotels and in my case, value for money is great. Definitely plan on staying again.

Biggest improvement would be new small fridge. If I didn't have ability to sleep next to a tank, I would have to unplug it. Next one is check in. Not the online process, but the fact that earlier check in wasn't available and 3pm is at least an hour later than preferred. Especially when coming from main island where checkouts at 10am. Also, cleaning personnel knocks on the door and then opens it, even though the sign not to is on the door. These things are space for improvement. That being said (written), hotel is still great and I highly recommend it for your Gozo trip.

I had a great experience staying at Segond Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, and it was easy to explore the surrounding area. I also appreciated the quality of the breakfast—plenty of options and everything was fresh. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend Segond Hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay there again.

Hotel seems to be new . It`s very clean , and although a km away from the centre it wasn`t a real issue for us . Self check-in was easy and communication was good. Room was spacious , bright and comfortable . Breakfast was very good . Nice walks around the hotel , and who visits this hotel please keep in mind that the Ggantija temples , a 10 min walk from the hotel, is a UNESCO World heritage site, so definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended hotel .

They improved the breakfast (they included English breakfast 😋). The Hotel layout especially our room. Location of the Hotel. The Staff were very cooperative and helpful.

They need to be more organised, especially during breakfast ( the items need to be presented in one go especially English breakfast). Cleaning. They need to give priority to the already occupied rooms when they start to clean the rooms and after they start the check-in rooms. There should be at least two chairs in a couple's room so we watch TV 🖥 comfortable.

- Great location: The hotel is located next to one amazing beach, one of the best (in my opinion) megalithic temples of Gozo, and just a few minutes away from Victoria and other great locations; - Good bus connections: Although we didn't use them too often due to time constraints and reliability, there are quite a few stops around the hotel area; - Home vibes: Sunday night, while we were there, there was a little concert next to the church (right behind the hotel) and the townsfolk gathered to enjoy some food and tranquility. - Friendly staff: Everyone was nice and friendly, and they also provided a little extra for my 10-year wedding anniversary. :-) - Room size: Our room was enormous!

- The room pool is freezing cold! It's great to have your own private pool, but I would propose to have it slightly less cold, or using it at night might be very difficult. :-)
