Hotel is very beautiful and big, very good location, a lot of restaurants. Breakfast it was 5⭐️, very good that we have evey day fresh orange towels to the pools. (Very good idea with the wooden card) A lot of pools and very clean. Nice view from the 11th floor pools. Shampoo in rooms was very good quality and nice smell. Air conditioning was perfect. The bed was comfortable.

I will write only that type of negative feedback which can be improved! - in our room the balcony door can be opened very hard (my wife’s nail was broken) - I can’t understand how is possible to use one layer toilet paper in rooms in a 4 star hotel (guys really????) - in bathroom, the shower head is very old or calcareous and water can’t flow normally

We sometimes struggled to get a sunbed upstairs in the sun! People were allowed to leave towels on sunbeds all day. If people are leaving the area to go out of the hotel, their towels should be removed. We sometimes sat there all day and the beds were unused. Perhaps the hotel could patrol this more and if towels are left they are removed for other people to use.

Hotel/Room: The hotel appeared to be newly renovated or refreshed, which was a pleasant surprise. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which certainly enhanced our experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring a large bathtub for two and a sizeable balcony. We primarily utilized the adults-only pool during the mornings and found it to be adequately spacious and never felt overly crowded. The housekeeping service was efficient and discreet, adapting to our schedule by cleaning the room either in the mornings or evenings, ensuring that our room was always immaculate upon our return. While some individuals may find minor imperfections, we found the hotel to be excellent and would rate it 10/10, especially when considering Maltese standards. Food: We only had the opportunity to experience breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed and would also rate as 10/10. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including a classic English breakfast, fresh fruits and vegetables, bakery items, breakfast cereals, and even beer and champagne. Although the menu remained consistent, the selection was diverse enough to create various breakfast combinations. We found that arriving for breakfast around 08:00 allowed us to secure a table without any difficulty, as the restaurant tended to become quite crowded after 09:00. Location: Positive: At the corner of the hotel, there is a bus stop. Utilizing public transportation, you can easily access various destinations such as Valletta, Mdina, Mellieha beach, and the port to Gozo. All buses are well-maintained and equipped with air conditioning. Approximately 15 minutes from the hotel, you will find Qawra Pool. I highly recommend visiting this place. It is a beautiful spot for swimming, especially during the morning when the sun is not as intense. Negative The surrounding area of the hotel, San Pawl il-Bahar, may not be the most aesthetically pleasing part of Malta.

Location There is only one reason why I remove a point, and it is not the hotel's fault.

I've chosen this hotel because of the kids club. Animator Ariana was awesome, but the club itself is in -1 floor with no sunlight and has almost no toys what is an absolute shame. There is no heated pool for kids, so it's not really optimal with kids in march. Bathroom is so small that one cannot hang a bathrobe (which for some reason costs 5 euros) without hiding the soap on the wall what is uncomfortable. There is no place to put anything in the shower as well. The most stupid thing I've ever seen in a hotel was a hair dryer on a cable which one cannot move, that was really humiliating.

Our stay in Malta was simply amazing – probably our best holiday ever! Of course, Malta itself is stunning, with its beautiful Mediterranean beaches and incredible cityscapes, but this hotel made the whole experience unforgettable. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the staff were super friendly, the design modern and stylish, and the whole place spotless. We especially loved the adults-only pool on the 11th floor with stunning sea views (the sunbeds were a bit hard to get, but we always managed). We had only booked breakfast, but on arrival they offered us the option to upgrade to half board or all inclusive. Since we wanted to explore the island, we stayed with breakfast only – which was really good, with plenty of options (the only thing we didn’t like was the coffee machine). We also tried Trattoria Riccardo, one of the hotel’s restaurants, and absolutely recommend it. I really liked that the hotel gave us the flexibility to upgrade or dine in on any day at a reasonable cost. Can’t wait to come back.

Nothing I didn't like

The view from the pools are beautiful. The music is great and there’s plenty on for the kids. A lovely location, not loud but lots of restaurants and shops not far. The food served was very varied and delicious! Staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel looked beautiful and clean. My favourite pool was the 13+ one across the road.

Very minor things. The bars at the main pool and adults pool had some more unusual cocktails that had an acquired taste. None of the pools were deep enough to jump in. There was no outdoor seating near a bar with all inclusive, so we had to sit inside or buy drinks from a bar/restaurant.

Room was lovely - quiet, clean and comfortable and the location by the beach was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and variety. The indoor pool (in early January) was pretty crowded and noisy with lots of children, so the roof top jacuzzi for adults only was HIGHY appreciated. Communal areas were nice.

Nothing related to the hotel as such but we relied on public transport to get around and using the local buses was not always easy or reliable. Our top tip would be the Bolt app which helped a lot.

The room was lovely, breakfast options are great (they say breakfast starts at 6am but myself and other guests were waiting around till 7am for the hot breakfast) The staff are lovely and willing to help.

The shower could have been cleaned properly, and other people's hair was still on the walls and floor. At check in they don't provide you with basic information. I had to go back down to the desk to ask for the wifi codes, the breakfast times, check-out times etc on multiple occasions as there was also no information in the rooms. There is a phone to call down but no directory which isn't helpful.

The adults only area with the whirlpools and the infinity pools as well as the sunset on the other side of the pools were my highlights. Breakfast and dinner were varied and of good quality. A bus stop right outside the front door that goes to Sliema and Valetta as well as the airport.

The staff was nice, but they didn't all radiate warmth. I'm used to be treated a different kind of warmth as a guests. But they were there 24/7 for questions and issues which was good. The room had an excellent sea view with sunrise, but I found it to be noisy at times. Also in November, which surprised me. But given the number of rooms and the size of the hotel, you can't avoid it. All in all a lovely holiday.

The location of the hotel , very close to all facilities ( bus stop, national aquarium, a lot of bars outside , short walk 15 -20 min and you in the center of the city. taxi to Valletta ( 18-20€ ) bus 2€ . Good, tasty food in the hotel restaurants. The staff is very helpful( special thanks to Amit Kumal). Good swimming pool aria on the 1 floor( 1 indoor pool with warm water and one outdoor pool with salt water) 11 floor only for adults great to be (2 swimming pools and 2 jacuzzis /warm water) stayed in November 2023 ! Will be back in December 2023 again👍👍👍
