Really nice apartment with stunning sea view, large balcony and kitchen with all the essential facilities. Comfortable beds and really quiet at night time. Good shower. Indoor pool was nice with hot tub. The apartment was well located, with plenty of restaurants, mini markets and bus stops a few minutes away and just 10-15 minute walk to main St Paul’s Bay/Buggiba area. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, facilitated late check out as we had a later flight. We had a great stay.

The air con was not very strong so it got quite warm at night, even in November

Location excellent! Just walk across a small street to get to the pool-area and the sea. Very nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We lived in a 2 room apartment with kitchen and ha a big balcony to use. In additon to the main balcony we had 3 additional balconies, one to each room. For a family it was perfect since this resort a not a party resort so the nights and evenings were very calm. The neighbourhood was good and you felt safe walking around in the evenings.

Severe air condition problems. Worked one day and the next broken! They fixed it and worked for another day. It ended up the gave us big fans instead. Really bad….. The maintenance of the balcony dragnings were crap! After one heavy rain the roof stores so much water due to clogging and this droppet down on our main balcony several days later. The kitchen were not very well equipped.

The room was perfect with a wonderful sea view and private balcony. The apartment boasts a fully-equipped kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals while enjoying the stunning sea views. Take a refreshing dip in the light warm indoor pool or the outdoor pool nestled amidst a lush sea scenario, perfect for enjoying the mild May sunshine of 21 degrees Celsius.

The bathroom sounds like it's in serious need of a refresh! Here's a more vivid description of the issues: The bathtub: Imagine running your fingers across a chalkboard - that's what the bathtub feels like with all those scratches. It's definitely not inviting for a relaxing soak. The toilet seat: Ouch! A toilet seat that's the wrong size is not only uncomfortable, it can also be a tripping hazard. The shower: Fiddling with a wall-mounted shower control to get the perfect temperature is like wrestling a stubborn toddler - frustrating and time-consuming. The hairdryer: This hairdryer sounds like it has anger issues - constantly cutting out in the middle of your hairstyling routine. On a positive note, at least the shaving/makeup mirror is a bright spot!

The apartment was incredible, very nicely decorated. It was airy and spacious for our family of 5, and the sofa bed was comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms, which was definitely appreciated. We're a family who cooks, and the kitchen had all the basics we needed. It was hot, and the aircon appreciated but also lots of windows, which was also nice. The view was wonderful to wake up to every day, and having a balancing to sit and soak it in was really nice.

It was all good. We understand that renovations are planned, which will be good. For laundry facilities there's an automated facilities just next door on the main road. All you need to do is cross the street. It's clean and super easy to use.

We had a fabulous week at AX Sunny Coast. The staff are sweet and very helpful. Our room was decorated with flower petals, towel swans and chocolates. I was shocked. It was such a beautiful gesture, and I can’t indicate my appreciation enough. The place, its location, the facilities are all wonderful. Our room was a true home from home for the week we stayed. I couldn’t recommend this establishment high enough. To all the staff, thank you so much for a truly memorable stay!

The staff was absolutely helpful and super kind. They arranged everything we asked for, including a shuttle to the airport, a microwave oven, and even a high chair for our 18-month-old child. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities.

The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the effort put into ensuring a comfortable stay. However, I did notice that some aspects of the room appeared a bit dated. While everything was in working order, a renovation could enhance the overall guest experience by updating the decor and modernizing the facilities.

The location is excellent, on the quiet part of the peninsula. There are many shops, restaurants, in the evening it is nice to walk by the sea. Our suite was large and clean on the 7th floor overlooking the street. However, it has good insulation and you can sleep in silence. The apartment is air-conditioned, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking.

The apartment is cleaned every three days which is too long. The pool is also used by other people who are not guests of the hotel and it is too crowded. If you are with children they may be disappointed because it is forbidden to play with a ball. The furniture in the apartment needs to be renewed, it is already outdated.

The studio room I stayed im had everything I needed (ie wine opener, coffee maker, cutlery and glass ware). I loved the beach club and the gym facilites

The beach club (outdoor pool area) is a missed opportunity for the hotel. It had no music. Although there was coffee and food from the shop/restaurant by the hotel, it would be great if 1) music was on (not a DJ, but just some beach lounge playlist or popular hits), if there were more signs ans we could order take away style with food and drink delivered in the pool, would have been great. Though I understand October a a slow season.

Apartment was very spacious, clean etc. It was near Iceland supermarket and other small shops. Bus stop was outside on road. Red & blue bus tour stopped just down the road. That service was terrific covering most of the Island.

There were 2 faults for our early November stay. Lack of sunshine on our balcony shaded by highrise across the street. We had a sidestreet apartment. Traffic never seemed to stop and building was taking place directly across the street.

Amazing location and not too loud. Really helpful and friendly staff. Really clean and room cleaned frequently. Spacious balcony and living area. Reception area with a comfy lounge if you fancy a change from your room. Great pool area and beautiful sea views. Not as busy and touristy as the main area of St. Paul's Bay. Lots of places within walking disrance to eat and money off vouchers included with stay.

Parking is a bit hit and miss (hotel makes this clear). However, the hotel is right next to a bus stop and the island is navigable by bus. We went in April but wouldn't bother with a car in high season. Some of the bathroom and kitchen areas were a bit worn. A microwave would have been helpful. The air cooling system were very loud and not very efficient, not sure how efficient these would be in summer heat. I like the efforts made to be environmentally efficient by removing key card to turn off electrics while out. However, this also meant the fridge went off each time.
