Everything was fab.we meet a wonderful lady at reception called Elizabeth she was wonderful and helped us with all our queries including setting us up with the BOLT taxi service app. This hotel is right beside the bus station and if you need gluten free and vegan your also in luck Cafe around the corner Room was lovely ,clean,and tidy and housekeeper great too.Not forgetting the beautiful roof top pool with lift all the way up to pool so get there it's just out of this world Cecilia from Wexford Ireland.

I spent 2 weeks at Park Lane and I loved the apartment. Because of work I spent a lot of my time in the apartment and I felt really comfortable. I had everything I need, the bed was perfect and I slept great, the kitchen was big and had everything, the bathroom is nice and the water pressure was okay. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Because I was alone I was very happy about the TV, which had YouTube, Netflix, Disney and other things. I will definitely miss my apartment and would come back a second time.

Family run property, Andrea the owner and his family take great care on making sure everything is perfect and clients are happy. Park Lane pictures are true to life. Two minutes walk to central bus station, the X 3 bus brings you directly from the airport for €3. The apartments have everything, modern and very well planned out. Chemist, restaurants and shops on location. I often travel to Malta, Park Lane, Monica and the other staff there made my stay perfect. Thank you. I will be back. Truly it was a perfect stay. On arrival there was a small problem with a fan, right away I was upgraded to a larger apartment free of charge. Everything about Park Lane is tastefully designed.

Great location, close to bus station, sea and shops. There was a delightful gluten free bakery very close by. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with the benefit of a small balcony with washing lines and pegs. Also supplied shower caps, sewing kit and vanity pack, not offered in most places. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans and utensils, all in good condition. Most of all every staff member I came into contact with was courteous and helpful. The manager also checked in with me to ask if I was happy with the apartment, housekeeping etc. Small lift to each floor.

Great self contained apartment, really well furnished with very comfy bed! South facing balcony which is always great for morning coffee :) The staff were very friendly. There are loads of cafes bars nearby but the apartment is up high and so is completely silent allowing for a good sleep. bus stop is just next door which has routes going in all directions including bus direct to the airport.

Location is a bit quiet in the winter season but bus station next door makes it fairly easy to get to other more lively parts of the city.

I felt like at home.I was welcomed by lovely Elizabeth and she helped me to settle in and use all the facilities for my comfort.I had a room service every day by a very helpful lady and my room and the whiwholele hotel was spotless.I had a kitchen fully equipped,coffee machine,warm water and fresh towel and super luxurious king size bed with a crispy and soft white linen freshly made every day.One of the best aparthotels to stay in.It was quiet i had a great rest every day.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Malta. I received a very friendly welcome at 10 0 clock at night and was upgraded from a studio to a one bed apartment. I had a sitting room with kitchenette, bedroom, 2 shower rooms with toilet and front balcony. Spotlessly clean and refreshed every day. WiFi was excellent. The tv has WiFi and lots of tv channels to watch in many languages. I also used my Amazon Fire Stick with no buffering. Although I was facing the street there is no noise when the balcony door and windows are shut. The bedroom is at the back and silent. The location is also perfect. The bus terminal at Bugibba is 30 seconds walk away and there are buses to everywhere on the island. Opposite is a Chinese restaurant and pharmacy. The whole area is full of bars and restaurants and there’s a Welbees supermarket just round the corner. The sea and promenade is a 3 minute walk away. I loved my 3 weeks in the apartment and would definitely stay there again. Thoroughly recommended.

I liked everything.

Lovely apartment. Nice kitchen with good quality functioning utensils. Comfy bed and nice spacious shower. All very clean.I was desperate to cook a healthy meal as eating out started to make me feel unpleasant. Too much pizza s pasta burgers. Hard to get good quality affordable healthy food in restaurants. Wellbees supermarket is very close. Got my veggies, fruits and potatoes and cooked healthy. Staff all seemed friendly and helpful. As i was already in Malta for some time, it was nice to make a reservation at reception to use the washing machine and dryer. A few metres to the left exiting the hotel is a very good Gluten free bakery. Yummy great stuff!

The inner part of Buggiba i never liked and gets worse each time. Concrete clogged messy/ dirty jungle. However i found the hotel suitable for my needs and extremely pleasant. The bus terminal is right in front of you. So its a great base to explore Malta. I recommend the 7 day unlimited bus card. U can hop on any bus and go anywhere. The St Pauls Bay promenade along the sea is very nice though. Its a nice walk from Qwara passing Buggiba/ St Pauls Bay all the way to Xjemjia. I liked to walk along seaFor swimming laps/ lanes there's a nice heated outdoor pool about 20 minutes walk from Park Lane. Had a nice swim outdoors in March. You pay 5 euro for an hr swim.

We had an amazing, specious room with a big balcony on the 4th floor. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. I'm glad the balcony door was soundproof - there's a bus station nearby, and it was quite loud. The swimming pool on the top floor was small but enough to cool down after a busy day. The staff was really nice and friendly. I'd definitely stay there again.

It's a shame the bar on the top floor wasn't open. Swimming pool stairs should have some anti slip mats - I actually slipped and fell. The balconies on the lower floors were quite small, connected with a next door neighbours, and in my opinion, there's not enough privacy there, but maybe someone wouldn't mind that. I'm glad we got room 406 with a big balcony 😀

Superb classy hotel with such a relaxed feel. Spotless. Everywhere was sparkling clean. Professional and very friendly warm staff. Thanks Elizabeth. Everthing in the studio was of a high standard.. Serviced most days. Loved the coffee machine, pods left for every day. Fresh towels etc Very thoughtful owners as everything in the room needed for a very comfortable stay. Including earplugs which I didn't need. Location could not be better. Right next to the main bus station with plenty bars, shops and restuarants yet quiet. Malta buses get overcrowded. A huge bonus being first on the bus. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe here. Rooftop pool looked excellent and well maintained. Being a sea swimmer I didn't use. Loved the view. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
