Breakfast was nice and sufficient. Room and the bath were spacious, view from the small balcony was nice (room 402).

1.We were informed in the checkin that our room is upgraded but when we arrived the room we did not understand what is upgraded. Plus, after this info I checked the hotel price from booking.com and it was cheaper than I paid. We did not want to ruin our holiday with this but not nice. 2. Checkout is 11 am but because of a health problem we could not leave on time. I called the reception to inform them twice but they did not answer. Around 11:10 am minibar check personnel was in our room. The hotel should train the personnel about the customer privacy and not to enter the room when there is somebody inside.

La Falconeria Hotel is very well located in Valletta and an easy walk to all parts of the city. The hotel has all the modern amenities but you can sense the historic bones in the outer facade and limestone walls. The hot breakfast with table services was excellent and fast! The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and very interested in making our stay the best it could be.

The one thing that I would share that was less than excellent was the comfort of the bed. I found it too hard but others, like my husband, would argue the point.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay in Malta, and our hotel experience was nothing short of perfect. The room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and room to relax. However, the real highlight was the balcony—it was not only generously sized but also provided breathtaking views that made our mornings and evenings extra special. Everything about our stay was smooth, from check-in to the quality of the amenities. The hotel’s attention to detail and cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Waking up to such a stunning view and having ample space to unwind truly elevated our experience.

This was a superb hotel on pretty much all counts. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional, the room was comfortable, impeccably clean, well furnished and quiet; the breakfast was delicious (best hotel breakfast options I've ever seen-- and I've stayed in a lot of hotels). The plunge pool (brilliantly created from an old well!) was small but delightful. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The sheets were a bit starchy/made a lot of noise when moving around, and the pillows a bit too soft for my taste. The linens could be a bit higher quality in my opinion, but the bed was still quite comfortable.

We were given a room upgrade on arrival, from a large double to a superior double, which was great. The room itself was very spacious, quiet and had a fantastic drench shower. Breakfast was brilliant, great choice and well presented. Best of all though was how welcoming and friendly all the staff were. Excellent.

La Falconeria is a wonderful place to stay whilst exploring Malta. It is ideally located in Valletta with restaurants, bars and museums all within easy reach. The hotel is elegant and stylish and the bedrooms are clean, spacious and stylish also. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We wanted to hire a car for a day and the hotel arranged this quickly and efficiently. The hotel does not offer evening dining but the breakfasts are fabulous with lots of different dishes on the menu, all cooked fresh to order. We cannot recommend the hotel highly enough, five stars all round. Thank you La Falconeria.

Perfect for long stay and rest. Room was comfortable, clean and equipped with all what was needed for one week stay. Perfect Hotel for base location in Valetta just 10 minutes from main bus station and next to city center. Rooms had good soundproofing also situated in quiet and safe neighborhood. There were many eggs oriented breakfasts to choose from. Underground pool was a nice addition as well.

Small negatives such as outdated gym, it was hard to get to the pool without other people. Ladder st the pool was little scary to use. No wegetables at breakfasts. Cleaning staff did not replenish amenities on certain days.

A very nice hotel, exceptionally clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and choices ensured that you could have something different every morning. There was a slight issue with a group of rowdy young people. The staff and management dealt with this efficiently and effectively to the point that we thought the group had left, but they hadn’t! The hotel was located on a quiet side street but within very easy reach of the restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, an ideal location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was soooo nice and helpful, we had a little accident with our son wetting the bed and they changed the mattress and everything. Location is quiet, even if it s 3 minutes away from the busy center. Spermarket is close, bus station is close as well. Perfect location. Breakfast had some buffet options and also one warm meal from the menu, which was very nice. everything was good quality and the cappuccino from the bar was DELICIOUS

The only thing was that the pool wasnt heated, my son was disappointed he couldnt swim - probably the water temperature of 22 degrees celsius is good for summer, but for winter it was uncomfortable, even though it was warm in the room.

Location was brilliant. In a quiet street in old town Valletta but only 3min walk to the lively main area. We were given an upgrade to a superior room with Maltese balcony. Quality and presentation of main breakfast menu items.

Didn’t have a proper bar. Could get someone from reception to serve a drink which could then be taken into a courtyard or lounge but no life/atmosphere in the latter.
