Our stay at Quaint Boutique Hotel Nadur was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to Frankie, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. From the moment we arrived, Frankie made us feel welcome and taken care of. No problem was too big, and no task was too small—he handled everything with professionalism and a genuine desire to help. Whether it was arranging last-minute reservations or providing local recommendations, Frankie always had the perfect solution. His dedication and exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

The customer service we received from the hotel was superb. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day, the breakfast was lovely and so was the lady who served it. Quiet hotewiin a great location. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were luxurious, and the jacuzzi bath was just lovely. A complimentary bottle of wine 🍷 was a lovely thought. The balcony overlooked the square, and we had a fantastic sea view. We spent late evenings watching the sunset and mornings watching the sunrise and the goings on in the square. Gozo is a quiet village which is what we wanted, Frank was very helpful in telling us areas that were good to visit, helpful with local transport etc and even walked me to the shop to purchase some bus tickets. We did use Uber a lot to get about as it was only 5 euros to go to the port and found them easier than hanging around waiting for a bus! Always do an uber and don't use the white taxis at the port. The uber was around 5 euros, and a white taxi for the same ride was 15 euros. We will defenatly come back.

My stay at this hotel was really great and exceeded all expectations. The receptionist was extremely attentive, kind and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I was very pleased with his approach and was very impressed. The hotel itself was very pleasant, clean and well maintained. The rooms were cozy, tastefully decorated and offered all the necessary amenities. The surroundings of the hotel and its surroundings were peaceful and pleasant, perfect for relaxation.The value for money was excellent in this hotel. I received superior service and comfort for a reasonable price. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation with a friendly atmosphere and great service. Thank you.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Quaint Boutique during the New Year period, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the manager, Frankie. Despite the busy season, Frankie kindly allowed us an early check-in and even upgraded our room for free, which made our experience even more special. The room was spacious, clean, and the location in the heart of Nadur was absolutely perfect for exploring. We highly recommend the Quaint for its excellent service and prime location, and we look forward to returning!

We came back to this place after 10 years with no expectations, although it was great at the time. The place showed no signs of ageing - in fact, we were told it’s being refurbished every 2 years and one can notice it. It’s like new! Service more than impeccable. We would like to mention Frankie here especially- he is a fairy who read all our wishes from our lips and gave us a much better service than in any 5 Star hotel we stayed at. Thank you so much, again Frankie for your AMAZING hospitality! Nadur is a great place to slow down, relax and recharge and the Quaint an excellent place for this purpose. If you’re hungry, just go downstairs to the Fat Rabbit - excellent cuisine and value for money! We‘ll be back hopefully soon for a wonderful timeout!! Thank you!

The room was spacious, and breakfast was great (for those planning ahead, breakfast hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.). Communication prior to arrival made finding and accessing the hotel a breeze. Frankie was the highlight of the hotel. The information he provided on potential sites to visit, transportation, and food made my stay in Gozo eventful but also easy, and his cheery greetings in the morning made for a nice start to each day.

Some nooks and crannies could use more dusting/cleaning.

The hotel was great and exactly was we wanted. The hotel is in the center of Nadur next to the church. The are two great restaurants attached to the hotel. The Fat Rabbit local food and Del Capo great pizza and burgers and also the breakfast spot. Our room was good with a balcony that had views over most of Gozo. The staff and specially Frankie, front desk manager, were always helpful.

Bathroom was a little small but worked for us for the week we spent there.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – it’s easy to explore the entire island of Gozo using public transport, which makes it so convenient for sightseeing. The real highlight, though, is the manager, Frank. He’s an incredible person, always willing to help and ready with excellent recommendations on what to see in Malta and Gozo. The town itself is also so charming and picturesque, and I absolutely want to come back here. Highly recommended!

The hotel location was great and in quite residential area near a famous church it was only 8 minutes drive from ferry terminal. The hotel was nice room was clean and it had a huge terrace where you can see the sea view from the front and the side. They serve freshly cooked breakfast from the menu and both days the breakfast was on spot. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and the only on duty person Frank or Franky, who made sure to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. He provided an above and beyond service which I never experienced anywhere before. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay and will stay again. The hotel has parking in the piazza and it was easy to find parking spot everytime.

Location was great, room was clean and great value for money. The best thing though was the service; Frankie was so helpful and friendly, he gave us lots of information about places to visit, things to look out for, he took time out to walk us over to a place that sold a tourist bus pass (and saved us a trip to Victoria bus station). Also sorted transport from/to the airport. Thank you, Frankie!
