I like that they allow me to change room due to the noise level from the disco club outside. It was horrible 1st night. Easy to resolved issue. Breakfast was great. They have everything you need to start your day. They clean the room everyday. Overal we had a nice stay but if there was no possibility to change room. Probably we have left because it was unbearable.

Never accept room on the 1st or second floor with the street view. It will be a disaster if you need your rest. I recommend to ask for upper floors with the inner view or balcony view. On the 5th or 6th floor would be great.

Excellent location. Heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Lots of choices at breakfast,the 10% at Santini restaurant, the cocktails at the hotel's bar, the reception area and most of the staff. I will definetly be back.

While the room was comfortable, the bathroom needs more shelf and rack. The room attendant needs some training on how to clean the rooms. We cleaned our rooms ourselves and just asked for the products. The heating makes a lot of noise.

The breakfast was really good with quiet alot of varieties..mmm loved the sausages and you could order your eggs well cooked. Breakfast was 👌🏾 👍🏾. The rooms were well cleaned and maintained , beds made well. The hotel was in a lively location where the clubs and restaurants were just a walking distance which was really good. The hotel had Sauna, hot tub, gym, swimming pool and rooftop chillout, which were well maintained. It was worth the money spend and I would book again same hotel.

The hotel could have done better by providing small, complimentary bottles or bars of soap, shampoo and conditioners for guests instead of refilled. I understand it's aiming to reduce waste but as I guest I would feel safe to use products that are new and sealed. You are given one swimming towel to use for the rest of your stay and this was hard as couldn't even dry it in the room., I think guests should have chance to request another if needed. Other than the complimentary products ..Everything was 💯 👌🏾

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, providing great comfort. The central location made it easy to explore the city and reach all main attractions. The buffet was well-stocked with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and always helpful, making our stay even better. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with high-quality service at a fair price. Everything was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. Perfect for both relaxation and sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel’s location was perfect, situated close to all major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day. The housekeeping staff was outstanding—everything was spotless, and they paid attention to even the smallest details.

The breakfast was very average, with limited variety and not the best quality. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, which was frustrating. While the rest of the stay was fine, these issues definitely need attention to improve the overall experience.

The room was very good and working air condition. Near to the water inlet to go swimming in the sea. Near Paceville but still quiet and close to bus stops and shops, bars and restaurants. Clean! The room contained a well wroking fridge where you could chill the drinks.

One of the lifts did not work the whole time I was there, so it took quite a long time to get either up or down. I arrived early and it was not possible to enter the room earlier then 1500 hours, so I had to wait and the left luggage room was not really secure as everybody could access without supervision. The price was quite hight I had to pay for five nights.

The room and balcony were spacious. The facilities and utilities are great. The balcony faces the scenery of the sea and the city. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided various food options for breakfast. And the hotel location is very close to a bus station (Ross, St. Julian), restaurants, groceries, and souvenir stores.

The room door needs fixing. The bathroom faucet was covered by chalk. The wall seems a bit thin, cause I could hear some noises from the neighbours. The rooftop pool was unfortunately closed. And the floor was a bit dusty.

I booked the hotel primarily because of the great price and the included breakfast. After making the reservation, I started reading the reviews and saw that they were terrible. I wanted to cancel the booking, but all the other hotels were twice as expensive. Our impression: The room was clean, renovated, and had a sea view. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly, and the location was perfect (no noise that everyone was complaining about). I believe there might be an older part of the hotel that hasn’t been renovated, but we were lucky.

Great location, very close to bus stop and center, staff was cleaning our room every day and changing towels also every day, breakfast and service was great, I liked that we had kettle in room, room was big enough and beds are comfy

1.noise from the street or a simple conversation from the corridor, closing the door from another rooms and louder talking or commotion... if you are a light sleeper this can be a huge problem because you can hear everything in the room as if the walls, doors and windows do not exist at all, in the worst case bring headphones and you will have no worries 2. bathroom sholud be renovated a little bit (faucets)

The breakfast was excellent, they constantly replenish the food and there is a lot of choice. We liked the location because the neighborhood is lively and close to the bus station and there are many amenities within the neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, and the staff brought new towels every morning. We also liked the good fan that cools the room well.

We have to say that when we first arrived, the receptionist didn't give us much information. We weren't told that we had access to the pool, or the opening hours, or when breakfast was, and we didn't know that we needed to get towels from the reception for the pool, or that we had access to the gym. We had to find out all this during our stay at the hotel by ourselves. We were also disappointed with the amenities in the bathroom, where when we booked the hotel it said that we would have shower gel and shampoo, but in the shower there was just a large transparent bottle of soap with a pump without a label. Our hand soap came in the same transparent bottle, and it was cracked.
