My special thanks to Marina at the reception. My daughter and a friend were the guests. Marina went out of her way to help my daughter who had to go urgently to the hospital. She was on her way back to the hotel , when the she felt unwell. We were in another country. We called the reception , sought Marina’s help in arranging the hospital visit immediately. And Marina kept informing and responding to the calls from her family, who were very worried. As an employee and as a person, she really impressed us. 🙏 The hotel stay was very comfortable and great location.

Great location with many small shops, bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. Very polite, friendly and attentive staff (everywhere- in reception, lobby bar, breakfast area, even room service personnel was very nice, always smiling and greeting). Wifi was fast and reliable. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Rooftop pool area was perfect with very comfortable lounge chairs. Nice and modern interior. Room service was excellent, towels changed daily. Overall very good experience and would recommend.

Some consctruction noise from nearby sites but this was mentioned already before booking and nothing can be done from hotel side anyway. Occasionally some cigarette smoke smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor. Due to high humidity on the island and possibly poor ventilation you could feel dampness inside the room.

The staff here are exceptional. They could not do enough to accommodate us, especially Dario, booking taxis, restaurants etc and dealing with any issues promptly and with a smile. A great employee culture here. The hotel general manager walked round all the tables at breakfast one day, checking all the guests were happy! The suite is excellent, a great size, a large bathroom with double sink, plenty of space and two balconies. The pool on the 8th floor is an oasis, very relaxing. The breakfasts are very good, both hot and cold, with a choice of cold meats, and cheeses, fresh fruit etc.

We had booked a double room, which overlooked a bar that only shut at 4am. The air con didn't work and we got little sleep on the 1st night before being moved to a superb suite for a discounted additional charge. The difference between the double rooms and the suites is massive... we'd only ever book a suite next time. The location is on the edge of noisy Paceville in a scruffy area, and a fair walk to decent restaurants, but close to the bus stop

Hotel room was comfortable it wasn’t too overheated as we had air conditioning in it. We had plenty of room to put our clothes plus u had also nice friendly welcoming staff on arrival and departure who go out of their way to be helpful. Shower was really nice and relaxing

Bed was uncomfortable as u were only given 2 pillows each , We didn’t like the over crowdedness too much the drinks in the hotel lobby bar was bit over priced which stopped me and my fiancée using the hotel facilities more. Trips advised by the hotel did not offer value for money and went on the trips it wasn’t well organised and we expected a few more options of organised trips. The area was too noisy that you can hear the outside noise of a night time.

Staff were lovely & welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety. Rooftop pool area always had space. Venue on side street just far enough away from the noise of the party area. Room had everything I needed and it was smart & modern. Close to bus stops. Short walk to the lovely Spinola Bay. The Avenue restaurant is a short distance away and was great, especially with 10% discount from the hotel.

The communal areas could have done with being cleaned more often ... there was a mess in the corridor for days. Maintenance were doing some work and there was no water with no warning. There is building work going on nearby which started early morning but I didn't find that it bothered me much.

This hotel is a real discovery for us! We travel quite a lot and are used to the fact that many 3-star hotels often don’t live up to their rating. Here, however, we were very surprised that it’s not a 4-star hotel. The location is right in the center of a lively city, so it can be noisy at night, but that’s not the hotel's fault. The breakfast is excellent, and the room cleaning is absolutely impressive. The lobby is gorgeous, and the reception staff is incredibly friendly. An excellent hotel – highly recommended!

everything was good. we had a few issues in the room. on the first night we realised our balcony door would not lock, however I left a note for the maids and they fixed it for us. The shower didn’t seem to work for more than 1 minute at a time so I again left a note and this was fixed. There was a lot of noise from our balcony with the bars around at night and work being done in the morning but when the door was closed we couldn’t hear it.

It was one of those rare moments when you were more than satisfied with the hotel. It seems that this hotel has only three stars, but to tell you the truth, I am not sure why it does not have four stars as everything is like that. There's a rooftop pool with a bar. They also give you beach towels for the deposit, which you can change daily if necessary. The hotel is clean; rooms are pretty big, and there is a separate WC with a shower. It was tidy and clean, everything was amazing. The hotel is in the city center, and if you are clubbing, you can get just around the corner and find all the clubs and restaurants. The destination is perfect for those who want nightlife.

The rooftop bar guys could be more tidy. There are a lot of empty drink cups left.

It was actually really nice, clean, the staff is professional and it’s a younger team. The rooms look amazing, we were really happy with our stay and experience. Although it was sometimes a bit loud due to the location cause it’s located near the center of the Party area, it is a great location because you can reach everything with bus, there is a bus station near the hotel and it’s perfect for going out for a night because it only takes you about 5min to walk to your hotel since it’s in the party area. So ear plugs will solve the problem entirely. The pool at the top is very comfortable and a good place to cool down and you even have a nice view onto the city. There are enough sun chairs, of course it’s busier at midday but still there is plenty of space for everybody.

This was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far, and I travel a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone from cleaners through waiters and to receptionists, especially receptionist Jelena who helped us with every single question or demand we’ve had. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The room was quite spacious and the hotel is located perfectly, close to restaurants, beach and Paceviles nightlife. Breakfast could be a little bit more diverse and It would be better if the pool on the last floor was heated, but since we were there in the summer the water temperature in the pool was acceptable though.
