Really nice location if you want to be in the middle of all the entertainment options around the hotel or near the language school ESE. Grocery stores are open 24/7, nice restaurants, pubs, ice cream corners (e.g. RIVA RENO offers outstanding delicious ice cream!!!), and bus-stops are within walking distance. Extreme friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Large room, large balcony, large bathroom and a nice pool and pool area on the top floor. Good breakfast including some fresh fruit. We've come here for several times and we always enjoy our stay here a lot.

We are happy with our stay. What we liked 1) location - quiet (our windows were not facing the street) yet close to everything 2) facilities - everything new and modern 3) staff - helpful and friendly 4) free water available 5) great pool area - definitely not too small for this size of the hotel 6) nice coffee 7) great beds/sheets/towels 8) great price-quality ratio in general 9) good wifi 10) daily room cleaning

Things to be improved 1) breakfast - repetitive and at least sometimes could offer pancakes, beans etc; 2) it was not indicated that some rooms have balcony and some not; we got a room with no balcony, however, it was changed upon request; 3) TV connection is average and it lags quite a lot; 4) AC system is controlled by manager - it wasn't a big problem for us but it's good to know 5) you can order food from the restaurant in the pool area but the meals seemed a bit too fancy - french fries, pizza, desserts/ice cream could be a great addition

The breakfast was good but they had the very same things every day. Perhaps after a few days they could have a different variety of fruits and vegetables, yogurt, etc., instead of the exact same things.

St. Julian's, where the hotel is located is very busy and there's lots if construction going on. Luckily, the hotel isn't right in the middle of all the clubs. There is a club/bar near by and I was lucky enough to get a room on the backside of the hotel and didn't hear the noise at night. However, a coupe of people I met from Gate1 complained of the noise.

The property is modern with a nice style. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant downstairs serving mexican style food. The bar service at the pool is quite nice. Located in a busy area near all the bars and shops with a beach within 5 minutes walk or less. However the streets in this area are very dirty as people party on the streets every night.

It is not possible to adjust the air conditioning temperature in the room. It is set to 18 degrees which sometimes gets a bit chilly. To counter the cold you need to leave the balcony door open to let some heat in from outside.. the ac goes off when you leave the room so when you come back after a day out the room can be quite warm. The pool upstairs is quite small with a small number of sun loungers which are all occupied by 11am. Everyone is also very close to each other with not much privacy.

Overall good value for money. Hotel is very new, which is it's best benefit. Rooftop pool not the biggest, still it was a nice feature. Stuff was really nice.

Location wise - close to everything, however I would in general for next visit would stay away from Paceville as we prefer more quiet vacation and it was mostly party spot - not hotel's fault, just not suitable for us. On Friday/Saturday it was also quite noisy due to the bar just next door where people were partying outside until early morning. Plus, even though beach was really close, but it was not exactly the beach I was expecting, if you want an actual good beach in Malta you have to go to Nothern sure where Golden bay and etc beaches are located - again not hotel's fault, just location was not too suitable for us in particular. Breakfast - not the best, but not the worst I've seen..

The hotel is in a very great location. Everything you might need is around. The staff was super attentive, was always ready to help and indeed helped us in all the requests we had. The pool on the terrace was very lovely, not huge, but great to refresh and just relax in the sun. In general, the interior is superb - industrial minimalism, but very cozy to relax. With darl blankets, so you can shut the sun completely. And the hotel had water dispensers which were for free.

The bathroom is a bit small for cabinets and didn't have any socket, neither anywhere by the mirror, so very difficult to get any hair or other electrocins, to get ready. The breakfast buffet is a bit small in variation. The food was good and fresh, but after a week it gets boring the same menu every morning. And one side of the hotel is exposed to a bar that works almost all night long, so it gets quite loud. The windows are quite isolating, barely anything can be heard, but to get fresh air and leaving the window open is not possible with the noises.

Really clean, modern hotel.breakfast was included and was always very well cooked/prepared. Location was close to buses with good connections. Loads of restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Staff were lovely

it is near a club strip which devalues it a little, there's some lovely areas the other side of it for dinner but it is rowdy and a bit grubby to walk through. Didn't disturb my sleep at all though 😊

This is a lovely hotel. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a little limited but very nice (cereals, meats, cheeses, pastries, and small selection of hot food - eggs, sausages, bacon and mushrooms). The cocktails in the downstairs bar were amazing and included in happy hour deals. The pool bar was more limited but this is normal, and these drinks were included in happy hour too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The area around the pool was very clean but the pool itself was a little dirty - probably hard to avoid this when it's an outdoor pool.

Size of room was nice it was quite modern with small balcony. Liked first floor sitting area above the restaurant where you could relax, read or peoplewatch below. Rooftop pool was good with plenty of loungers/seating and an indoir seating area and bar. Breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of choices and british style sauages not seen in many maltese hotels. Staff were great, moved us quickly when there was a problem with the room and were always nice to chat to

Location. Very close to Paceville centre with clubbing noise and fallout of drunker revellers who dont want to finish the party when they close at 2am that can go on into the early hours! Balcony looked dirctly onto balconies from neighbouring hotel, Could have easily had a conversation with other guests across the road. Shower leak in room and noisy AC, but we were moved to a better room quickly. Cost of adding another person to room booking which was only the difference of an extra breakast in essence as was already utilising a double bed, but cost 25€ a night which I though excessive.
