Very kind and total dedicated staff at the hotel reception and in the breakfast room (great breakfest buffet), always going that extra mile for their hotel guests. Amazing roof top pool on the upper deck with a breathtaking 360 degrees view. Perfect location to enjoy amazing night life. Only fifty meters walking up the road to a little plaza, where a great Irish pub "Long Hall" is situated on the corner. This is the place in the evening and night time where you can relax and enjoy a large selection of Irish (stout), local Craft Ale, Lager- and Pilsener beers tapped fresh from the barrel. You'll meet nice people at this Irish Pub from all over the world sharing good times in peace & harmony with excellent food and awesome tasting beer. The staff is very polite with professional skills and total dedication to their service job. Though working hard, they always find the time for a nice small talk making their customers feel home. I'll come back again to IKYK Hotel Malta and the "Long Hall" Irish Pub in its neighbourhood for sure. Also the cultural places older than 5000 years and the amazing beaches like Riviera, Golden Sands and Golden Bay make your heart jump for joy. Suggest to buy a Tallinja bus card at 21€ for 7 days, so you can use the entire and perfect bus net spread all over the isle of Malta. Greetings to Malta located in the center of the Mediterranean Sea. You'll meet nice and gentle people of all nationalities there. I had very nice small talks with locals and tourists there. They're always glad to answer your questions or to give you recommendation to find points of interest to view :)

Unfortunately my room had no window to open, but that's no problem at all, cause you only stay in the room for sleep at night :)

I stayed 6 nights in hotel IKYK. I got nice room with the balcony, I can even see the sea. The room has everything what I need. Especially fridge and tea pot. Cleaning is every day. You can take a bus from Aeroport 30-60 min or taxi 15-20 min. Two beaches 5 min. walk . One beach stony wild and another sand one, possible for kids. I had HB. The dinner I had two times set menu and 4 times buffet. I prefer more buffet. But two options very delicious and tasty. Coffee is good, sweets, fish, meat and fruits. Highly recommend! I would like to come to Malta again!

I was in malta to celebrate my birthday and was pleasantly surprised with a decorated bed. The gentleman who welcomed us on the arrival day was very Nice and professional. Sorry didnt take his name. He made us feel very welcome and even helped store our bags while we went to explore .

The room had a terrible smell our entire stay and waiting for the lift was definitely inconveniencing. The tea cups in the room, not a good idea. You can't hold it with a hot drink inside because of no handles. The ironing room is terrible, too Small and no where to hang ironed clothes. Towels were old and due for a change. Some staff were not very helpful when you made a request for something( it almost felt like an inconvenience that you want something). Location of the kettle is just not appropriate( right under the television and the steam just goes on the Tv when the kettle boils) also no glasses in room to drink water. We did not dare even go to the pool because it was very noisy and not a relaxing space . On our last night, there was loud music from the guest next door.

Great hotel - location was great - close to several bus stops and St. Julian’a Bay (party district - keep that in mind); comfortable bed, clean room. Tasty and various breakfast. Highly recommended for 3-4 days stay.

My room wasn’t soundproofed - the room had a door to the next room (probably in case, when someone has more that one room booked and wants to split them) and the neighbors were so loudly all the time :/

From the moment I booked this hotel, I had a really good feeling about it. I was certainly not wrong. This hotel is modern, but comfortable. The rooms are a great size and are well equiped. The housekeeping, reception and breakfast staff were all friendly and professional, and are a credit to this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, offers a really great breakfast and is in a central location. I would certainly stay here again

This is not a fault on the hotel, but the location is in St Julians near the nightlife. It does get very noisy in the early hours. (But the rooms are fairly soundproofed). What I would suggest if noise effects you, is request a high floor room at the back of the hotel.

The hotel staff upgraded us to room with balcony, without charge. This was a sign that our holiday started with right foot. 🤭 They were amazing: helpful, smiling all the time. The breakfast was very good, with multiple available choises: omlette, fries, fruits and vegetables, sweets, pancakes, juice, coffee, among other options. Very good location, close to multiple bus stations. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The walls are not soundproof, you can here some noise from outside or from the next rooms, if the guests are not so quite. Our luck was that only during one night we had some very loud students, I guess, next door. They left the next day.

The hotel is truly in the center and very close to all the stops. You can reach the beach in just 4 minutes, and the swimming spots are very near. There’s a market and restaurants just downstairs. The staff is incredibly sweet — I especially want to thank Evelyne, who was extremely helpful in every matter. I definitely recommend booking a room with a balcony. The ones without a balcony face the inner part of the building, and drying your clothes can be very difficult. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast is truly amazing — one of the best I’ve ever seen.

St. Julian’s is generally a place with lots of bars and it gets quite busy. This is not something the hotel can control, but the bars play loud music non-stop until morning. You can hear everything in the hotel, so if you can’t sleep with noise, you might struggle. But as I said, this is not something the hotel can really change. Also, there were no slippers provided in the room, which made it a bit less comfortable.

The location was great! There are lots of shops and restaurants around. It’s also really easy to get Ubers from if you want to explore other areas. The breakfast served on floor 1 every morning is also amazing! It has a great selection of food and drink. Staff were always friendly too. A bonus was the website says check in is at 15:00 but my flight landed at around 11:00 and when I arrived at the hotel, my room was already ready so I didn’t need to wait around for ages and I could freshen up and go straight out exploring.

Being in the centre of St Julian’s/Paceville it can get quite loud at night. On my first night there were some other guests on my floor who woke me up a couple of times as they were going to and returning from the local clubs. Not a massive deal though as the bed was comfy so it was easy to get back to sleep.

One great thing about this hotel is its flexibility — you can check in even late at night, which was very convenient. The staff is responsive and quick to help with any kind of issue. While the breakfast isn’t very diverse, the quality is excellent. Also, the room was cleaned every single day, which is definitely worth praising.

The location is in a slightly noisier part of town due to a nightclub next to the hotel, but since our room was on the top floor, we didn’t hear any noise at all. The only thing that bothered us was the temperature in the room. The window couldn’t be fully closed, and the air conditioning was set to 17°C, which felt quite cold for April. Even when we turned off the AC, the issue remained.
