We were the very first guests at VITA Hotel—the hotel opened on the day we arrived! Everything was brand new, from the rooms to the facilities, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is located right in the heart of St. Julian's, offering great value for money and super central access to restaurants, shops, and bars.

The area is extremely lively, especially at night. The hotel is right next to bars and clubs, so it gets very noisy, and unfortunately, the sound carries into the rooms. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a quiet stay, this might not be ideal. Otherwise, it's a great option if you want to be in the middle of the action and get good value for your stay.

We had a lovely stay here. All the staff was so friendly from bar staff, kitchen staff, maintenance etc but especially Sangeeta from house keeping was exceptional at her job and really friendly. Location was fantastic close to the main strip and a fantastic base for exploring all over Malta. Pool area, gym and facilities were all great and the hotel was extremely clean all over.

Our room had no natural lighting. For longer stays I would recommend staying in a superior double room that has a city view for natural lighting but Overall would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very informative and polite upon arrival. The room was beautiful and was as pictured - maybe slightly smaller than pictured but that is to be expected I feel. The rooftop pool was fantastic and well looked after with beautiful food on offer. We were lucky enough to experience the pool party as well which was unexpected but made our stay memorable.

Having to pay for a double drink when requesting a single was a little annoying but because of the atmosphere and tentativeness of the staff, it wasn't enough to complain about.

I recently stayed at Vita Rooftop Hotel in the center of St. Julian’s, Malta, from June 4th to 11th, 2025, with breakfast included. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city’s vibrant nightlife. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I especially want to mention Rashel, the breakfast waiter, who made sure we had everything we needed each morning. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service!

There were some renovations, but the hotel scheduled them to minimize any disturbance, which I really appreciated.

Really centrally located in St Julian’s, staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Well appointed bedrooms and great water pressure when we had water!

Hotel wasn’t quite ready for opening. Lots of building work still ongoing and shared areas were dusty and not quite finished. One night we had no water at all. These are all temporary issues though and I’ve no doubt that they will be quickly resolved.

Staff was very kind and heloful, hotel is very modern w/ a nice rooftop pool . Walking distance to places (St George Bay, Balluta Bay, or restaurants , cafes etc)

Walls are paper thin, at night it’s sometimes hard to sleep .

Well located, modern and new lovely facilities and a beautiful rooftop area. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the floors and bedsheets in my room were full of hair. This upset me and ruined my stay but I had too little time to bring it up. There was also a little bug on my bed. Such a pity because everything else was excellent.

The location is extremely hectic on peak summer. Still, very easy to move around the island from it and there’s no sound from outside.

Excellent hotel, newly opened. Beds very comfortable and everything is new.

Noisy. It’s central in the party area. Although there are double glass windows, the rooms on the street side might be too noisy.
