Everything was great! Lovely staff and comfortable room. A little bit strange connection between bathroom and main room but still great.

The room is very large with a balcony.

The hairdryer suddenly stopped working. A hair was found on a towel placed on the bed. The overall cleaning needs to be improved.

Perfect location clean ideal for our short stay if longer would have wanted a bigger pool. The reason we were there was to watch our son play rugby for Malta very proud parents

Shower trays need to be deeper, water spills out into the room. Two bars at the end of the road so busy people spread across the road we couldn't see the hotel when we arrived at 10.30 on a Friday night it was like that Saturday as well but after that ok . That's not the hotel's fault though. When in our room at the back on the 8th floor we didn't hear a thing. View was fab glad we had a room at the back .

My stay at Flamingo Hotel in Malta was a delightful experience. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with clean, spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made my visit stand out, however, was Grace at the reception. She greeted me with a warm smile and was extremely helpful throughout my stay, offering great local tips and ensuring everything was taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism really made me feel at home. I highly recommend Flamingo Hotel for its fantastic service, great location, and the exceptional hospitality provided by Grace!

The staff was super nice, they let us use the rooftop pool before our check in time so we wouldnt have to kill the time elsewhere until 3pm On our check out day, we also had 3 extra hours until we had to go back to the airport and we could Still use the rooftop pool - very customer friendly attitude !

Maybe the breakfast selection could have been a bit broader - maybe some nutella , pain au chocolat and what i missed the most is either fried eggs or vegetables to go with the samdwiches. This is the only area i think the hotel could improve - we only ate breakfast 1 morning due to this

Great Hotel for the price. Very kind hotel service. On every "problem" They helps immedietly. Good localization in St. Julian's region - quiet/clean rooms near to shops, restaurants and beach (600m). We were happy to choose Flamingo Hotel for our first trip to Malta! Thank you!

No parking in front of hotel (all parking places still busy). Not big deal because there is a free parking a few steps around. Breakfast was ok, but there was some problems with coffee machine and it will be good to add some more food to choose (sausages/bacon and vegetables).

I was in the hotel for 8 nights and I likedy room. It was nice, clean, modern and spacious. Fresh towels every day. The stuff was very helpful and kind. Location is perfect, in the middle of everything - restaurant, coffee shops, beach. Pool area with amazing view is more than enough to cool down in hot summer days. First few days there were free machine coffee all day.

The only negative part was the water. Both weekends we were without any water - toilet, shower. However they fixed it quite fast. They gave us two big water bottles and free breakfast for inconvenience.

Location was excelent. Near the center, bus stop across the street. A lot of Bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. St. Jualian is a party city, perfect for people who want to go in discos, as u dont need a ride back to the hotel. Everything was clean, and the bed was very big and comfortable. Perfect for young couples.

In the street where the hotel is, there are a few street bars, and on Friday and Saturday people are drinking, and having kind of a street party, and of course there was more noise than the other nights, and the hotel windows are not 100% sound proof, but if you are tired of wandering around all day, thats not a big problem.

The location was perfect for us. Very central to bus stop and nightlife. Hotel was modern and clean. .. free coffee machine was nice. Room on 9th floor, which I had requested high floor ,had magnificent view. Beds extremely comfy. Would recommend!!

We travelled with our son's , in two rooms. The only complaint we had was the shower , the curtains were totally see through, so our sons had to go out of the room whilst the other showered. The lack of privacy wasn't an issue for myself and other half, but I think this needs improving.

All in all for 3* it is good hotel. I took 1 night and prolonged for another one. Building looks new and compact, but room size was very good. I was on 9th floor with sea and city view. Was comfortable to sleep even the area is quit dynamic. Design is quit modern. Location is very good especially if you travel for parting - it is super vibrant place - a lot of people and restaurants right around the hotel and very good from transportation point of view - bus stopes right on the corner with access to Valletta, Mdina and north part of Malta right from there. I walk to ferry to get to Valletta and to 3 cities quit quick. Stunning promenade couple of mins from hotel to/over Silema or even to Valletta and 3 cities if you stong enough to walk such distance. Staff very helpful and collaborative, they recommend me Asian restaurant close to the hotel (3 times Michelin) and must visit fish restaurant right in front of hotel - best fish dishes I ever eat. Breakfast in the hotel cost 7€ - simple, but everything tasty good and fresh, looks like it has been prepared by catering or something.

Floor in the shower cabin was overused - tiny defects on it. I would recommend to repainting it - not a big deal. What I really didn’t like was - staff is smoking cigarets right in tiny backyard (like 4-5m x 2-3m), so all this dust from it coming to breakfast area and to small lobby, so when I came out of lift felt like people literally smoking in the building. People came to vacations - why they should tolerate it? Go outside of the building and smoke there. I would recommend to prohibit everyone smock there - way to small area for it in the hotel.
