The staff was excellent ,breakfast was great , pools accessible from the hotels first floor to Intercontinental no need to go around.

A little bit of noise if your room is in front of the hotel. Best is the 5th floor at the back. No sound at all.

Reception was very nice. They put my parents to the quiet room as I asked them to. Btw Make sure to check that out because some rooms are supposedely loud cuz of parties.

The quiet room was against the wall. It is aweful but actually a looot of hotels in Malta have it this way. It is probably better than to be in a super loud room. Payment for the pool which is connected to the intercontinental is 20€ per room. Why? If the hotel is alreasy a more expensive one for what you get …

Breakfast is tasty, stuff is polite, rooms and pool are clean.

Location is near night clubs and bars where music is loud all night. There's no sound isolation.

I stayed at the hotel for New Years. I had a double room with balcony on the 2nd floor. I was greeted by Leah who was really lovely and helpful during my stay. All staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Saviour who was always so welcoming and warm. The room was clean, spacious and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety to choose from. The indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room was easily accessible and shared with the joining IHG hotel next door. The hotel is just by the beach, St George's Bay, and has the shopping mall with lovely restaurants nearby. You can walk to Spinola, which is the next town for more restaurants, shops and a nice coastal walk. The Hop on Hop Off bus goes from the beach and you can take it to Valetta or you can jump on a bus or uber.

My room was with street and partial beach view next to the party strip which you could hear the music every night. So if you prefer a peaceful night, do not choose a street view balcony. Unfortunately the shower wasn't very powerful. Apart from that, everything was great.

Great hotel with good location. We really love breakfast, cleaness of the hotel, and the lovely staff. Location is very close to beach, bars, opposite the shopping mall. Outdoor and indoor pool was paid but for very good price at connected hotel. We love it.

The only thing is that area is very busy and noisy at evening/night, but it is the location right in the center of everything so if you want party no problema at all 😃. We were with child and consider it as not a big deal as well.

The hotel is near to the beach, restaurants and shopping malls. If you like nightlife - a bunch of clubs are just a few steps away, however we weren't disturbed by the noise in our room. Bus stations also fairly close with good connection with the rest of Malta. We had a possibility of using outdoor pool and enjoyed a lot. Very close is Odissey which is a great recommendarion to learn more about history of Malta in a super exciting way - both for kids and adults. The staff is fantastic - kind and ready to help.

The hotel is located in Paceville, with party area very close but it is very well sound proof. We had the room on the side towards the shopping mall and with the balcony door closed we could sleep very well. We asked for a room at the highest floor with lateral sea view and we received it :). The staff is extremely nice and very willing to fulfill any need or wish. The location is very good for the people who like animation. Small beach just down the street, with free access, many restaurants, caffes and bars, shopping facilities to reach in walking distance. The restaurant from Intercontinental with the tables on the beach in the evening was also one of the high spots. Thank you :)

Our room was one of the connecting rooms. One morning, the guests in the adjacent room forcefully tried to open our door and somehow managed to do so. When we reported the issue, the hotel manager Maria listened to us with great care and provided an effective solution. I would like to thank her in particular. I will definitely choose this hotel again during my next visit to Malta.

The breakfast options were limited. There was always a queue at the coffee machine — adding an additional machine could improve the experience.

Room: The room was a bit smaller than I expected. But, it was neat. There were no tables though. Location: The location was great. Especially if you are travelling as a bachelor or just couples. The Hotel is surrounded by pubs, restaurants and clubs. There were a lot of options to try local as well as international food. There was also a shopping mall just across the road. However, it was quite far from Valletta. You spend around €12 for the taxi each time you want to go to the city centre or take the crowded bus that moves very slow. The hotel is in a walkable distance to the beech. Breakfast: Breakfast was good. Enough options to try. However, the menu was the same for the whole stay of 5 days.

The bathrooms could've been a bit more spacious as well as clean. There were no toilet brushes provided.
