Everything! Beautiful hotel, room poolarea, bar! Clean and calm. Great location! Near beach party shopping convinience stores! Lovely staff. Near party area, but still no noise.. Nice breakfast and most accomedating staff. Would absolutely come back to this hotel and animal friendly clean accomodating Malta and this hotel.

Construction,ø near by, but not a problem

Location was perfect, close to everything you want. Also stuff was really helpful and friendly. The room was so nice and cozy and the outdoor swimming Pool was amazing.

The indoor pool closes so early, so you cant relax in it after all day. Also breakfest wasnt something amazing, it was correct and everything was fresh but really monotous.

So pleased to have booked at this brand new hotel. The staff are really courteous and it is spotlessly clean. The bar people are great to chat with and do some great mixes. I especially liked the modern decor and minimal light effects throughout the hotel. Breakfast is abundant and well prepared.

Nothing to mention

Location was great-near the bus station that drives you to the airport and to other places, the beach, the most known party street but we didn't hear anything in the room.. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was big.. The only thing that we missed was balcony but that was our fault (when we booked the room we didn't choose the one with balcony).. But you have air-conditioner so in the room temperature was fine. Breakfast was also great, a lot of things to choose (eggs in different ways, bacon, buns, sandwiches, cerelas, yogurt, fruit, croasans, muffins, donuts, coffee, tea, juices, detox shoot, etc.). The pool was clean, everyday someone came to clean it, you also have umbrelas and sunbeds. Check in was from 3pm and check out until 11am. We came early (around 9am) and left late (around 8pm) but they alowed us to leave the luggage and use the pool-that was very nice of them.

Everything was great!

Staff were accommodating and friendly. They quickly address your concern. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The steam bath and hot sauna. The SPA. The bars which have all the cocktails. The room is clean and tidy. The location of the property where it is close to the bus stop and accessible to places like shops.

The swimming pools, steam bath and hot sauna is only until 8pm. Could it not be until 10pm?? The shower doesn’t have a door so water when showering can go out to the toilet floors The seating during breakfast is not controlled. There are only 2 people but seating on a 4-seater table whilst there are only 2 of the 4-seater table outside.

Great service, superb staff, especially the people welcoming us at the bar and receptiion. The hotel is obviously brand new, so some problems (like lifts) could be noticed. But it s a great hotel once everything settles down

Personel is so kind and professional. We enjoyed every second interacting with them. They are able to keep the luggage prior to check in, even arranged for us to check in to our room one hour earlier. Room is spotless clean with bed made daily with fresh towels. Breakfast is served in like every other hotel except that you can request eggs and such a la cart. Pools are clean and well maintained.

We chose the cheepest room without balcony, and it does not have windows with a view. All windows are tinted and not able to be opened. For next time I would for sure book a room with balcony.

Very clean hotel, with excellent access and very modern. All the rooms have a desk to work at, office supplies and even the toiletries are good. Very friendly staff. The pool area is small, but quiet and relaxing. The breakfast area is very good and excellent for those working remotely. A good, varied breakfast with options such as oat milk and lots of fruit.

At night, there should be someone checking the noise in the corridors, because I had to wake up twice to ask the guests not to talk in the hallway.

We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast options were plentiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special mentions go to Lorna and Fernanda at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Upon arrival, we had noisy neighbours and we requested for a room change. They did a quick investigation and changed out rooms for us upon confirming our complaint😊 The facilities were excellent—everything was clean and functional. Our room was spacious, featuring a spa bath that made for cosy bubble baths. Housekeeping was exceptional; our room was cleaned daily and scheduled around the times we were out, so we never had to wake up early just for cleaning. Room service was prompt and delivered with a smile by the lovely Lorna. Upon arrival, we got to the hotel an hour or two before check-in. We had called ahead, and the hotel graciously allowed us to check in early since our room was ready. Although we didn’t get to use the rooftop pool because of the chilly weather, it looked amazing, and we’re already planning to return in the summer to take full advantage of it. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and comfort!

The laundry service requires a request in advance and a 24-hour turnaround. While the service is appreciated, it could be improved with a quicker option. Additionally, while a complimentary bottle of water is provided upon arrival, it would be great to have a bottle replenished daily during cleaning. After room service closes at 10 PM, there’s no option to buy or request bottled water unless you leave the hotel. Adding a vending machine with water available 24/7 would be a convenient solution for guests. These small improvements could make the overall experience even better!

A good and friendly team, especially those who work in the kitchen services. They are very helpful I recommend it WALEED ALTAESH
