The hotel is very close to the beach and a mall where you can easily find good food and pretty much everything. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. I got two queen-sized bed. Usually in a twin room, you get 2 single beds. There was coffee and tea available in the room. There was locker to keep your belongings safe.

I would have liked them to put free water along with coffee. The hotel staff can be a little more flexible. For example the guy would not check anyone in before 2 pm even when the rooms are available. He made everyone wait till the clock tick 2 and then asked people to come forward to check-in. Why act like a school head-master, when the rooms are already available. Other than that they were very polite and friendly. On some days the lift was not working, so had to take the stairs.

Hotel currently in middle of building site- like a lot of Malta ! Not their fault but makes access very difficult, especially parking.

Upon arrival, met by friendly receptionist. Nice modern Hotel in the lobby and bedroom. We found the bedroom to be clean and spacious! Hotel was situated locally to the beach and places to eat. A good variety to choose from.

We did arrive and noticed a lot of construction. As a side note, the Hotel should let guests know that they might experience noise from the construction work from the adjacent building during the booking process. Luckily we were able to be moved.

The service of the hotel was outstanding, always there to assist and answer questions with patience and warm attitude. Breakfast was very good, a boufe with several types of cheese and ommlette and eggs, also has yougurt and fruitas and salad. Location is a few minutes walk from the beach and the main party and night life. To party there is the Havana Club with latin music and Hugo Terrace to drink before going out.

The electric plugs had no built in adapter for the most used electric type in EU, but you still have usb plugs to charge your phone. The food in most of the touristic places we ate were not so good, one place we found and liked was Cafe Cuba.

The location near to the centre but not so close to the noisy area with bars and mall. The breakfast was ok and enough to start your day, the everyday cleaness and the big size of room.

The room was a little dark coloured (gray everywhere) and had no interesting view - had in fact a sight in construction nearby.

Location is excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful, food was good, value for money is great. Rooms are spacy.

No carpets anywhere. We didn't have 1 bed for 2 persons, it was single beds together. And there was construction happening just across the street but that is not their fault.

The way the doors lock. They really make a lot of noise and since the area is very animated with restaurants and bars people tend to get back to the hotel late and every time and door making that sound. Better as a tourist hotel and when you have to work and get a good night sleep.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, it’s probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in even though it’s looking a little tired in places

There wasn’t anything I disliked however travelling with a toddler it would have been helpful to have access to a high chair for breakfasts.

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating and all-round excellent. The cleanliness of my room and the hotel in general was of a very good standard. The hotel felt sleek, modern and fresh. I liked the 24 hour bar, which I made much use of and thought it was pretty good value for money.

I felt the breakfast was a little basic. Although there was a reasonable spread I didn't think the quality was overly good and the coffee could certainly do with improvement. The one down side with the bar was that you have to pay at the time as opposed to putting it on the room, which I would have preferred.

Location

Not a single non-British electric plug and the bed mattress could have been more comfortable.
