I was honestly obsessed with the location. The hotel was really nice. The staff was exceptional like they were my favourite people ever and I had no complaints like I love the hotel so much I had to extend my stay honestly I 100% recommend. the rooftop as well and the spa accessibility was amazing. Again shout out to the staff who are all really nice and even though the hotel was on the strip I had no complaints about the noise then again like I was out every single night I would 1000% recommend this place like honestly it was the best place ever like no joke the best place ever. if I am ever back in Malta, I will be 100% staying there again.

The only issue was the toilet which was leaking.

Excellent would highly recommend the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect being right next to the beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The breakfast had lots of options and the staff were very accommodating if you had dietary requirements.

We had booked an early flight and we arrived at 10:00 and unfortunately there was no option to check in until 16:00. The only area for improvement would be offering more discounts with the hotels restaurants.

Our initially booked room has issues with the jacuzzi as well as heating. But they provide us very nice upgrade. It really make my anniversary special. Many thanks to the main manager at main hotel.

I checked-in around 11 AM but room was not ready. So i came back around 6 PM but then faced such issues which took 3 hours to resolve. It really pissed me off because it was my anniversary and i am standing at the gate with my luggage and waiting. Suggestion: They should cross check the room if everything functional before check-in. Also find out there technician are quite unaware about how Jacuzzi function.

Elegant room, very bougie,modern and clean, smelled good, aesthetics were so nice, rooftop swimming pool and sunbathing area with a beautiful view was so nice in the mornings for sunbathing, the staff are so friendly and very helpful, I can’t give them enough credit especially this young man and lady I didn’t get the names of, I think they were italian, I wish I did get their names as I would give them a huge shoutout for making our stay exceptional as their customer service was immaculate

It was located near a party strip which played very loud music until 4am in the morning so it was hard to fall asleep some times unless you were really sleepy, really wish the hotel was located abit further away & also the shower room was made abit impractical, the water would flow near the edge of the glass which seeped into the main room sometimes when using high water pressure of the shower so you’d have to shower really close to the shower head, if your a couple trying to have showers together its a bummer since water would be everywhere, it should have a glass cubicle around the shower separating it from the rest of the bathroom, but apart from that and the location the room was amazing

It was clean ,the staff was professional and kind Breakfast was great enven if it was in the center of the party place you could not hear any noise of it .

Lovely hotel classy and room fabulous. All staff in Indoor area of hotel really friendly and helpful especially in the main bar / restaurant and reception area.

We knew we were going to a party area but it was quiet tacky and a very young crowd.Also the roof top pool was open to all public at night which made it unusable as over crowded .There were a few not so friendly staff working in the pool area and we only actually got to spend time sunbathing in the actual pool area itself once .That was after we nearly had an argument with female member of staff.

Thank you for upgrading us to a lovely room on the 9th floor. This was a birthday treat for my partner and we really appreciated the birthday card and the upgrade for this occassion. Thank you for taking care. That little extra always makes a difference. We will be back!

Although we were high up on the 9th floor, it was very noisy outside long into the small hours of the morning....

Clean room, friendly and super helpful staff. For the price it is an amazing choice.

The hotel is in an area full of clubs so can get quite loud at night. Mornings were really quiet though so this wasnt too much of a problem. The SPA which is included, i believe, is not owned by the hotel but is in their facilities. It was quite useless and going there one time was enough. Two mediocre saunas, one cold salt room and one pool with quite a low temperature.

Rooms were beautifully decorated, bed and pillows were comfy, amazing hot tub and shower. Food in the restaurant was very good and waiting staff were very helpful.

No prices for minibar on the tv as the staff suggested. WiFi connection not great so it was difficult to play music through the tv. On check in the staff didn't give any information such as where to access the pool, when I asked we were told to find all the information on the tv.

The entire hotel was a piece of art! The decoration was exceptional! Our room was very big and perfectly clean and the mattress was very comfortable! The location was more than convenient! All bars, restaurants, pubs, cafes, sightseeing bus stations, etc. were within walking distance (literally 1 min). The breakfast was great with a big variety and the infinity pool was absolutely magical with the view of the bay. Last but not least! All the people working at the hotel and the pool were more than polite and helpful! Thank you for all, we will definitely visit you again!
